I’m the first timer at Prime 225 but I enjoyed the experience. Our waitress was engaging and funny and had to deal with some picky eaters. We also had a a 30 oz Ribeye at the table and it was a very good cut of meat. It was prepared perfectly and had great flavor. Next time I’ll try one of the steaks.

This was our go to place for more than 10 years. After our dinner on Christmas Eve my wife said she wasn’t sure if she would go back anymore.

Cocktails overpriced and average quality at best
Lobster and Crab meal was borderline overcooked
Ceasar salad was ruined by a plate full of toasted bread crumbs.
Twice baked potatoe had more cheese than anything else on it.

Now the steak was phenominal which made me happy. New chef got rid of the most amazing porkchop around and replaced it with his own though which I wasn’t happy about.

The apps menu used to have a lot more thought and options, now the entire menu is super seafood heavy.

We’ve probably eaten here 50+ times easy and it’s a shame there have been so many changes. Even got rid of the lighted menus, and that’s not new because I took a client there in October and they weren’t used then either.

It’s not the price that matters to a guest, it’s the value and at $350 for 2, we didn’t get the value or quality we expected.

p.s. get a proper website, not everyone has Facebook. I would have sent an email direct, but that wasn’t an option.

The food was absolutely outstanding. That says a lot coming from a restauranteur! We tried everything from appetizers to desserts and there was not one dish that I would criticize. We sat at the first deuce by the window this past Sunday. Our server was very professional and personable. And when she said “it was a pleasure to serve you” it felt real. An absolutely treasured experience and I can’t wait to go back

Filet was incredible. Caesar salad was tasty. Crabcake was broiled perfectly. Wife’s salmon was top tier. Overall a 5-star experience. Will definitely be back and will be telling others to check it out too!

Had a date night to Prime 225 this weekend after hearing many things about this place. For our appetizer we had the scallops and My main entree were the crab cakes. Everything was absolutely delicious. Carly was very attentive to anything we needed and made our dining experience great! The manager Frank also stopped by our table after our meals came out to make sure everything was great. We really appreciated that. I noticed the review prior to this and felt eager to mention that Frank was very kind to us! Overall our experience was a great one! Will be back in the future!

We have heard so many wonderful things about this restaurant, and we went last night and Wow!! What an amazing experience, from the moment we walked in the door, the staff was so accommodating and our server Michael was outstanding, our meal was perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life—perfectly tender, buttery, and absolutely phenomenal. We ordered the porterhouse for two, shared a bottle of wine, and everything about the experience was amazing. The service was great and very friendly. The ambiance is quaint and intimate, so I would definitely recommend making a reservation. We usually prefer sitting at the bar, but this was a place we truly enjoyed dining at a table.

On 4/6/24, Me and my wife went to this restaurant, and I must say I was very very impressed. We arrived a little early yet the manager Frank went above and beyond to get us a table. We advised him it was a first time there, and he made sure that we received nothing but the best of service. He personally took us over and make sure that everything was fine. We didn’t have any issues with anything. Our waiters name was Michael and he took his time explained everything to us regarding the menu seeing as it was our first time. He was very knowledgeable Of every item on the menu, and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism we received here. The quality service was so good and spectacular that we actually went back on 4/11/24 to dine there again. We had Courtney as our waitress, and I must say she was just as good as Michael. I see they take the time in training the staff there. I Can honestly say that this might be our new dinner spot. I really hope that this Google review makes it to Bud and Bobby “Owners”so they can know just how well this establishment is being ran. Frank, I just want to say thanks again for everything and you made it more than just a dinner for me and my wife. It was a wonderful experience and looking forward to coming back again.

Still really good, but not as amazing as everyone says. So we went on a Saturday night, I understand it’s a busier night no biggy. We made reservations for the bar. The staff was very friendly very attentive very knowledgeable. Atmosphere is nice not loud like a sports bar but not creppy quite either. Nicely decorated. We got quite a good bit of options of food. Let me start out with the one thing I don’t have a photo of was the asparagus soup super yummy 10/10 recommend trying it. The steak tartare was also wonderful house made chips nice crunch. Mushrooms were marinated beautifully and onion rings were light but crunchy still. Mashed potatoes were so creamy and hit the comfort spot. Only complaint is actually our main courses they were just ok, not bad do not get me wrong but I was expecting to be blow away by these choices. Husband had their bone in ribeye good sear good flavor and good size. I have the salmon and shrimp it was good but I feel like I could have had that level of salmon anywhere. Lastly the dessert was super amazing it was the apple dessert with the crumble on top and the ice cream and mmmmmmm. Oh also drinks were also really good! We will be back but just for drink and sides.

Little disappointed in this restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice. We had a booth. I dont think I’d want to sit along the wall with a lot of other people. I was surprised that they did not give us bread plates, so crumbs got all over the tablecloth. They brought some delicious rolls, but only three of them, and there were four of us. We did ask for more and we did get more, but we had to chase the waiter down for that. At one point they turned the music up so loud that you couldn’t hear one another talk. After about 10 minutes they turned it back down. My son got a steak that he loved, and my other son loved his fish with lump crab on top. My husband loved his stuffed meatballs. I ordered the crab cake. It was okay. Very little lump in there, if any and it was on the smaller side. Crabcakes at Woody’s Dewey are 10 times better and half the cost. Their sides are very large. The brussels were delicious. Truffle fries were just ok, but you got a ton of them. They had my favorite bottle of wine, however it was four times the price of the liquor store. I guess that’s the norm now. Cost, minus tip for 4 people, no dessert, was $340. My son treated and tipped well.
