I had a work dinner for 12 at this spot because I had read great things about the restaurant. First off, the views are absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant quickly filled and got louder and louder so it was tough to have a larger group work conversation but our server Jillian was super attentive from the very beginning to the end. All of the food was incredible. I had the filet with this delightful parmesan polenta and asparagus, mushroom, arugula and reggiano and it was all cooked to perfection. For dessert, I ordered the Tuscan Brownie- the brownie was almost too big, or maybe it needed more caramel sea salt gelato or more white chocolate bark w/ toasted almonds. It was delish as well.
I would highly recommend this spot and think it would probably be a great place to take a date! It’s certainly a perfect spot for gatherings and special events. Highly recommend!

Exceptional!
We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation time, were greeted so kindly, and immediately sat at what may be the best table in the restaurant, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was incredible; knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and provided lovely menu suggestions. Service was smooth, prompt and attentive. The restaurants atmosphere was also lovely. The interior is just gorgeous and it did not feel stuffy at all. Everyone was comfortable, smiling, laughing -and most importantly enjoying the gorgeous view- all amongst the dim mood lighting (there’s some gorgeous lamps in there) and smooth jazz playing. I was impressed to see that no matter where you are seated, you’re going to get a fantastic view of the city. Now, let’s get into the food: The printed flyer of the off menu specials for the night was a very stylish detail we enjoyed. We ordered the Bread Service, Caesar Salad, Veal Marsala and the Norwegian Salmon (one of the specials for the night). To drink we had Orange Gingers, which were delightful! Sweet, spicy, and sparkling! The Rosemary focaccia was warm and soft, and served with an aromatic and creamy garlic puree. The salads were gorgeous- crispy and cold and the amount of Parmesan was incredible. The veal was savory and wonderfully tender, and unexpectedly, the polenta was my husband’s favorite part of the whole dish! And I’ll be dreaming of the Broiled Salmon for a long time! The richness of the salmon (which was buttery soft) went so well with the tartness of the lemon and capers. The asparagus and artichokes were cooked perfectly. The presentation of everything was beautiful, from the drinks to the bread to the entrees. We are so impressed and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fantastic evening, Primavista!

Primavista is a lovely surprise. Superb service with Annie who was a picture of perfect waitressing, mouth-watering food, and great views of the city. The only thing that left me wanting more is if the bread was warm and fresh out of the oven. I would absolutely come back, which says a lot.

My husband and I made reservations at this restaurant on a whim while on a weekend trip in Cincinnati. And it did not disappoint! The entire evening was memorable and enjoyable. Amazing waitress, and the food was 12/10. I recommend dining at night for the beautiful view of the city!

We used to come here every year for my wife’s birthday. The bread is no longer free, the tiramisu keeps getting smaller and her salmon had salt and pepper..no other seasoning. The pasta had brown butter but the salmon..nothing. They used to have a yummy citrus salmon dish.

I got this one non-achoholic drink i forget what it was called but it had wipped cream, a cherry on top, and it was white. It was like the best thing i every had! Our table was very nice! I got “the grouper and it tasted wonderful! We then went on to dessert and i got the geloton and it tasted very good! The view was great!

Amazing spot with a wonderful view. I took my fiancée for her birthday and they even surprised us with a little complimentary celebration ice cream. The food was wonderful, I would definitely recommend. We sat by the window which was great, but pretty much all the seating faces the big window with a great view of Cincinnati.

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant last night. We were an early seating and so we’re shown to our table as soon as we arrived. Everyone that greeted us was friendly. The restaurant interior is a little tired but is iconic in its vintage decor. We were seated in a cozy booth with a curtain separating us from our neighbors. All tables in this restaurant seem to have a great view of the city. Our server, Elle, greeted us promptly and took our cocktail order. When she returned she listed the specials and asked if we would like to place an appetizer order. We chose the goat cheese bruschetta with rosemary and honey. It was an excellent choice and good for the two of us to share without ruining our appetite. We also shared a Caesar salad which was a good portion and I loved that they gave me the option of anchovies on the side. The salad dressing was obviously housemade and the best I can remember eating. My main was the Veal Saltimboca and My husband had the Chicken “Fromaggio”.We both enjoyed our main courses very much. I actually told a manager who checked on our happiness that it was the first time I never had to add any salt or pepper to my dish as it was perfectly seasoned. Our one disappointment was the dessert. We ordered the Nutella cannoli. It was not a traditional cannoli and the filling was more of a whipped cream filling rather than the heavy ricotta. Overall it was a lovely experience.
