I got takeout today and there was a ball of hair in my food. I called to tell them and was told “My BOYS do not have long hair” it must have been something in the potatoes. First of all apologize, second of all I didn’t even ask for anything. I was calling to let them know. The cheddar cheese drip for the fries was water mixed with a little cheese sauce. Third, this location sucks.

You will not leave hungry, I had the awesome corned beef tall boy. I have never seen the super-sized pretzels. What a great place for a date. So enjoy the atmosphere with your flavor of beer, and this Christmas season of cheer!

I had an awesome experience today at this Primanti Bros. Location. We sat at the bar and had Mary Beth as our server. She is the best!! She had the bar spotless and although she had a full bar she was so attentive to each and every one of us. We have visited this locations on several occasions and we have found that Mary Beth is our favorite!! We now try to make sure with sit in the section she is working in.

I had the pleasure of trying Primanti Bros I think the second week I moved up here. And I was pleasantly surprised. I was totally welcome with my service dog didn’t have any problems and the food was phenomenal and the staff was awesome including the manager. I have been there quite a few times since I’ve moved down here almost 4 weeks ago. I can give them more than five stars I would. Shout out to Primanti Bros.

This is a chain restaurant from Pittsburgh and is famous in Western PA. The sandwich’s are huge. The bread is extra thick, but it’s very soft. Standard sandwiches come with fries and coleslaw in the sandwich, but you can get them on the side. I prefer double meat ($2 up-charge) with the slaw and fries on the side. The slaw is a vinegar base and tasted very fresh. The fries are hand cut.
The staff were all very friendly, plus the waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu.

On recent visits it has been packed around happy hour. Once you get seated, the service is very fast, surprisingly so.

Clean store, friendly staff. I got 10 wings and an iced tea. My bill was over $17. The wings were tasty but I feel below average size.
I feel like it’s just another sports bar restaurant. I was a little disappointed that the wings were nothing special. There was no WOW factor with my experience.
