I went here a few days ago with my dad. A server named Olivia showed us to our table, and she was nice to us when we ordered our food. I got the Capicola with Cheese Big Bro sandwich. It was good. I would have preferred less meat, but that’s on me Also, I got the gametime nachos. They were good, and I also got the deep-fried cheesecake burrito. It was good, but I feel like the dough could have been crispier. Also, it could have been bigger, too. Also, I was originally going to get the funnel cake fries, but they were out. It was to be expected, I guess, since it was the end of the day when we ordered and I’d imagine Primanti Bros is very popular here in town, so I’d imagine they’re busy almost every day. Overall, good food, atmosphere, and service! I’ve eaten here twice already, and I’d come back! (Also, all of the staff deserve raises, including Olivia! )

I experienced two completely different sides of this establishment two days in a row. On Monday 12/22 I stopped by to try out this location for the first time and was super impressed! Super service, great food, everyone was friendy, clean, and a great atmosphere! I was so impressed by the presvious days visit, I stopped by on 12/23 but the only similarity was the building, I walked in sat at the same seat as the previous day at the bar, watched the bar tender walk by several times, never acknowledging my existence, sitting there I had plenty of time to notice the stack of dirty dishes piling up on the end of the bar and the unkept bar top, watched what appeared to be a member of leadership visit the kiosk which was right in front of me but again no “welcome” or “we’ll be right with you”. After about 10 mins of being ignored, I gathered my things and departed. It was amazing to see the difference a day can make and the impression it can make. My rating isnt fair to the outstanding 12/22 staff which definitely did a 5 star job!

I was in town with my family and visited Primantis and had PHENOMENAL service. I think my servers name was Brooke and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She was very kind and friendly and went over the menu with us before we ordered so we knew exactly what we were getting. The Reuben was amazing, will definitely be back!

The BBQ cheeseburger is so delicious. Cooked to perfection each time, and so moist and flavorful. The fries are crispy with a yummy seasoning. The tea is good. The service is good, and for how busy they are, fast too. Lots of different burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, sides, all seems good.

My family and I visited the new Indiana, PA location for the first time tonight and were very impressed! The atmosphere was clean, vibrant, and the decor was great. All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant and courteous. The items we ordered were all fresh and delicious, we will return!

I’ve visited this location 3 times since it’s opened. The first time was good, but both times after that were not that great. The food was good, not really any problem with that. If you’ve ever been to any Primanti Bros. you know what the food is like. Typical bar food and menu. The staff however are just rude. Our last visit this past Sunday was absolutely awful. As soon as we step foot inside, no one came to seat us for at least 5 minutes (not busy at all) and no one smiled at all. In fact we were treated rather rudely. My husband uses a Walker for a medical condition. And he asked to be seated closer to the door and you would think it was like asking for a million dollars. She was very annoyed that we did not want to sit in the back where she was taking us. She said they wanted to close that section. But they said a huge party right behind us closer to the front after they sat us. Our waitress was very rude. I actually motioned for her because I had a question, she started to come to us, stopped and went to the kitchen. Not once did she even come back except to check on our food once it came out. I’ll definitely just go to another location next time.
