The wings were another standout. We tried multiple styles, from classic crispy to sauced, and they were all cooked just right with great seasoning and texture. The garlic-butter style had real flavor, not just grease, and the dipping sauces paired perfectly.
And then there’s the beer deal: a 23-oz IC Light (a true Pittsburgh classic) for $3.99. That alone makes this place feel like a throwback in the best way, affordable, no-nonsense, and built for people who actually want to enjoy themselves.
The vibe was lively and energetic, with a steady buzz of locals, beer mugs clinking, and plates of wings and sandwiches flying out of the kitchen. It felt like exactly what Primanti Bros is supposed to be: casual, fun, and totally Pittsburgh.
Bottom line: Big portions, bold flavors, cheap cold beer, and a great atmosphere. If you’re anywhere near Uniontown and want a real Pittsburgh-style meal, this is an easy win.
My husband and I make our way around a different restaurants for date night. We came to this one midday. We have been to a few different pros and decided to try the one in Uniontown and we were not disappointed! This review would’ve been from summer of 2024, but I am just now getting around to putting it up.
The service was amazing, and our specific server, Maria was extremely pleasant and always had a smile. I’m not sure if she still works here, but if so, she gave us awesome service!
Our sandwiches were warm and very tasty. Everything that you need when it comes to condiments are on the table along with a roll of paper towels. I love that touch Primanti that they have the paper towels because then you do not have to constantly worry about asking for napkins.
The TVs were on playing various sports. Definitely a great place to go if you want to have a large screen to watch something and have drinks with friends.
Would definitely return for another visit. Highly recommend!

Pastrami sandwich was good, I’m going to try the bread toasted next time.
Macaroni cheese balls ate 3, 2 of them were still frozen.
Visited the restaurant around 9p, they close at 11p .
Didn’t pay a lot of attention to the kitchen staff until after I ordered. Everyone was busy cleaning. Service was a little off.
