Great sandwich shop.
We ordered the Game Time Nachos for an appetizer, a Reuben sandwich with a Big Dill pickle.
The fries were ok but not something I would order again.
The Reuben was fantastic and was loaded with delicious meats. This was a winner!
The pickle was bigger than expected and was a great snack to crunch on. It could probably be shared.
Two Service stars removed for service due to our waitress being terrible at refilling drinks and checking on us. Zero refills! Everyone wants 20% tips, but customers also want at least basic service.
I still tipped, but certainly had to debate it.
I finally got frustrated enough and went and filled my glass with water and another waitress very rudely had an issue with the drink being filled like you would at any fast food restaurant. The soda fountain was in the eating area, so it was not like it was in a restricted area. It was enough of a negative interaction to remove two Service stars and one overall.

Food was magnificent. Quick improv idea to grab a quick bite with family. Seen Primanit Bros in the area. Didn’t disappoint. Quick turn around time for food, didn’t have to wait for a table even tho its Sunday with sports on the TV. Good time.

Stopped in before heading back to Ohio with a request from my husband for a chicken sandwich that was not on the menu. The manager I wish I got her name came out and was so nice and so accommodating. She made it happen. I brought this sandwich home and he said it was fantastic! She also threw in funnel cake fries which I was confused by but realized she wrote “congratulations” on the box, but I remembered I had shared with her we were in town for a cheerleading competition and took home grand champs! How sweet was this?!! I wish they were closer to us I would frequent this location. Also had wings, a Reuben with fries on the side and they were all amazing as well!! Next round I’ll try pizza for sure.

I visited Primanti Bros based on a lot of recommendations from locals here in Pittsburgh. I ordered the Angus Sirloin Steak and Cheese sandwich, with a side of boneless chicken bites, coleslaw and cheese fries. I honestly did not really enjoy the sandwich and I’m not sure if it’s because I opted for steak instead of the deli meats, but it did not appeal to me as much as it was hyped to me. The coleslaw was okay and the cheese fries were okay as well. The only thing that was good in my opinion were the boneless chicken bites. Service was so-so with the server and the atmosphere was good, as this location is within a decent shopping plaza. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Primanti Bros in the Waterfront and felt compelled to share my experience regarding the outstanding service provided by the manager, Damian. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was clear that strong leadership was setting the tone for a comfortable and welcoming experience.
The manager went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valved, especially for those with mental health challenges. It was impressive to see how respectfully, he and his staff, interacted with both facilitators and participants. Damion set the “tone” for creating an environment that felt organized, attentive, and understanding.
Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but this manager truly demonstrated what hospitality should encompass. His attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction made our visit and participation within the community memorable and highly recommend this restaurant to others.

I had seen primanti bros on a video and when I found out I was coming I knew I had to go. I was sold at fries on my sandwich but it was even better. The slaw and fries were perfection and I had the rueben and friend had the don and both were so yum. Also loaded onion rings enough said!!

The food was great here, but we ended up with the worst server in the world. The whole time we were there, I was hoping she would do her job well and give us a good reason for a 15% tip. Normally I leave at least 20%.
She took forever to take our drink order. Took longer to get our food ordered. When we finished our drinks, she never showed up to the table to ask if we needed more, or to clear away our dirty glasses and plates. When we wanted to order more food and drinks, we had to flag her down after a lengthy wait. Again it took forever to get the second round brought to us. When we were ready to leave, we had our coats on and stood by our table for a very long time, finally my daughter had to go track her down. Basically, we were ignored. Like we were an afterthought. Disappointed to say the least!! This was a Sunday night, not terribly busy, at 7:15-8:45PM.
