Such a fun spot! The cocktails are delicious—my favorite was the Duck Duck Juice: Captain Morgan, coconut rum, banana and raspberry liqueur, topped with pineapple juice… and it even comes with a little duck to take home!

We didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but my husband has eaten here before and raves about it! Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

I am from out of town but this place always seems to be the 1st stop. I just love this place. The staff is all very helpful and busy getting you a great sandwich. The place is always busy so plan on a short wait. But it is so worth it.

Good food. The famous sandwich’s are so filling, they are really thick. Fried pickles were delicious from Las Vegas to the Purgh!!! Steelers Nation ❤️ ✨

Absolutely horrible food. Our first time in Pittsburg and this restaurant was recommended to us so we thought we’d give it a try.
Expected so much better. We both ordered their “specialty” sandwiches. Big mistake. The cheese/cheese was two huge slices of white bread with a scraping of dried up cheese and smothered in vinegar coleslaw. There were a few cold fries to go with it. Such a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend this place at all! The atmosphere was nothing special. And seated at the bar were a group of about six middle aged guys who were being obnoxiously loud.
Don’t eat here!!

This food is garbage. Waited 45 minutes for cheese fired and a pastrami sandwich with to go. Once received everything was cold and raw. Just awful. Only good thing was the young kids trying to stay positive and make things happen. There was ZERO leadership at this restaurant, however the kids were trying to work as hard as they can.

Don’t worry about it not living up to the hype. It does, and then some. Truly fantastic. Next time I’m in Pittsburgh, this will be the first place I go. Don’t let a queue put you off either, it’s worth a wait (and you can build your appetite). People in the queue were super friendly too

Worst service ever:

Ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and got them. No plates, no silverware, just the plate they came on and the 6 pickles. My mom ordered a salad that is meant to have egg in it, no egg. My dad ordered a sandwich and it was cold. He also ordered wings that were ice cold. I ordered chicken tenders with wing sauce and it was cold. Then my mom asked for egg and dressing. Our waitress then went over to a table of 8 to take their order. 10 minutes later my mom was so mad she left and walked out. Keep in mind that it took an hour for our food to even come out. Manager came out, we didn’t ask for one but we’re happy he came out. He took care of our entire check. Which was nice. Our waitress was in tears but it was her second day so we tipped her ten. But my mom is now hungry because she didn’t get to eat.

Was finally able to get down to the PPG location downtown for the first time in a few years. I’d almost given up on Prim.Bros because the chains were almost always way below standard. However, the service was great, the prices are tough to beat, and the food was delicious. I’d recommend stopping by if you have never tried Primanti Bros, but avoid the chain locations or lower your expectations.

If you’re looking to get a fat belly this is your place. The hero’s they make here is definitely fit for kings. Making over stuffed sandwiches that just a ham and cheese with lettuce tomatoes and onions was filling. Staff was incredible taking care of crowds of people in minutes keeping everyone satisfy.
