FYI – I did have multiple glasses of red wine.
The staff is always very attentive and friendly. They have accommodated our groups from. 4 to 8 and, no matter the size, they have been top notch.
If you are looking for a hometown, family feel with great food and service that always exceeds expectations, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
While the food was very good, I felt the menu was limited.
They also had a decent wine selection but not a full bar. I was going to have a before dinner drink.
I started off with one of the canned n/a cocktails they have, and it was very refreshing. For food, I ordered the Gnudi and the Caeser salad first. The Gnudi was so yummy and I am glad I didn’t have to share it with anyone! The Caeser is simple yet delicious, and honestly, that’s exactly the way a Caeser should be. For my main course, I ordered the braised pork pasta with a glass of red wine. The pork pasta was insanely good. Somehow they are able to make it indulgent yet refreshing. I was pretty bummed I couldn’t try the seafood pasta special, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to finish it and that wasn’t something I’d want left overs of since seafood doesn’t generally warm up again well. Next time, I will bring someone with and hopefully be able to share the seafood special with them!
I ended the meal with an espresso and the Budino dessert. The Budino is a must get! It isn’t a dessert you can bring home, so my suggestion is to get it there and then get a second dessert for later on at home! Haha. That is exactly what I did, and I am excited to try the Tiramisu later on once I am not so full.
Becky was my server, and she was so attentive and helpful with suggestions! Thank you, Becky, for making sure I had such a wonderful solo dinner!
Review: My family brought me to dinner here for my birthday – every course was incredible! The staff was super nice and made sure we always had our drinks refreshed throughout the meal. One of the best crime brûlées I have ever eaten!
It is not a big place, has a very intimate and neighborly feel.
