I ate here for a solo visit on a Fri before Bristol v Watford football
Arrived about 5pm
Very quiet, seated quickly only about 3 tables in use
Seated at table 7
Downloaded the app for discounted food plus able to use meerkat discount
Fantastic service from Em very friendly and attentive and extremely personable.
Great food and friendly managers and plenty of staff
My only negative is food took too long to arrive even though it was not busy, maybe just me impatient .
Restaurant started to fill up as I left so happy I ate early
Good quality pizza, I went for large spicy one
I’ve eaten here before and would return and recommend
Large restaurant with outdoor seating too and great location

Skyla looked after our chaotic bunch beautifully and was so wonderfully funny, warm and caring throughout. Having the food with a student discount meant such good bang for your buck and we were surrounded with an amazing atmosphere and setting. We cleaned our plates and for a central Bristol meal with accessible seating and toilets which is really rare, it was priced amazingly 🙂

I ordered a bolognaise and garlic bread for delivery
When the delivery drivers kept cancelling I went to collect…
When I arrived there were multiple deliver drivers waiting who were being told their orders weren’t ready. I waited about 15 mins before anyone even spoke to me. I just approached someone and explained I was notified my order was ready, and previous drivers had been and cancelled so was supposedly ready almost an hour before this conversation. He said it was still being prepared… (obviously why so many drivers were cancelling as they couldn’t wait and need to make their money elsewhere)
1 hour and 45 mins after ordering it was ready…
And it wasn’t worth the wait
There was barely any actual bolognaise sauce or beef, and the garlic bread was undercooked very greasy
£20 for an almost 2 hour wait and something I could have made better at home 🙁
I’ve been to plenty of other prezzos and loved it couldn’t believe the service and quality was so poor

Very friendly welcome — it felt more like a Sunday family visit than a restaurant greeting. Staff were warm and attentive from the start and kept us informed about the kitchen situation, which we appreciated.
We waited about 25 minutes for food, but it was absolutely worth it. Tables are a little small with lots of menus, and mains average around £20, but the quality of the food easily makes up for any minor downsides.
Great atmosphere, delicious food, and we’ll definitely be back.

We visited for my birthday meal and the food and drinks were delicious and our waiter, Rocky, was excellent. Quick and friendly service and he even gave us an additional discount. Would highly recommend.

Visited 28 February and served by Skyla. It was very busy and had to wait 10 minutes for our table to be ready but we were kept informed. We ordered quickly as had to go on elsewhere and were concerned it would not arrive in time but it was all fine. Food was tasty and the service was good

Walked in, the staff were so friendly! Monika led us to a booth where me and my SO sat down and enjoyed the atmosphere. We placed our orders with Adriana who was patient and friendly with us as we ordered. When the food arrived it was fast and tasted amazing. Giving into our temptations we order dessert where I had the Kinder-marshmallow calzone special which blew me away.

Really poor experience this evening. There for 2 and a half hours, incredibly slow kitchen, very small portion sizes. Management seemed very ill prepared for the light festival in the city and the amount of bookings they had. Very poorly managed service this evening. The waitress told me there were staffing issues but im sorry thats not my problem. Weve had better experiences during the light festival before but based on today’s experience, we wont be back.
