Paula took great care of us on Valentine’s. We booked online as it was busy and were running late due to parking but they were very easy going on arrival.
We opted for valentine’s menu. Pasta mains were great. I had prawns then Chicken milanese and hubby had buratta (standout) and spag Bolognese. Triple baked cookie to finish.

Had a wonderful afternoon tea and the service was fantastic. Ausra was absolutely amazing with the service. She is a credit to the Restuarant All food aspects were explained and the service was excellent. Thank you and U totally recommend.

Aneta and Ausra were very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and we were enjoying out food.
It was my birthday and they brought a free slice of cake and sang happy birthday to me which was very lovely.

Had a lovely lunch at the Lakeside branch today. Food was delicious and Prezzo always provides customers fantastic offers to redeem to get more out of your visit. Our server Aneta was ever so friendly, making sure to inform us about extra information about the dishes we had selected to eat that were not noted on the menu. Aneta is a credit to the company. Had lunch with the kids. Pizza was ok not great. No condiments. My 4 year old son was disappointed with his “sundae” which was just a tiny scoop of ice cream with sprinkles. This is not a sundae – it doesn’t even look like the picture on the menu and you charge extra for it! Complained about being charged £8.20 for a blackcurrant lemonade – manager was a bit rude. Waitress was great. Won’t go back.

Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. She made sure everything was perfect — from our food to the overall atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and her team.
