Had a table at 1pm on New Years Eve, lots of seating available which means unless you’re going at a really peak time I’d think there would always be spots. The hostess said they were short on staff that day so we may have to wait longer but for the numbers they had they did well with a busy restaurant! No complaints from me with timings. Food was great, the hot spicy was lovely, as was the ham and mushroom. Would happily come again!

If you like sea food the calamari and lobster ravioli is your go to!
My partner enjoyed his pizza ( nice thin crust).

environment was amazing, we were a tad early to our reservation but due to the time of day we were able to be seated. food was amazing!! however I did have a few issues with the prawns still having the brown “poop lines” so to say on their tails in my starter. i just cut them off and they were cooked perfectly and id still recommend. my partner had no issues with her prawns however, i think it may have been a one off issue but it feels wrong to ignore it. besides this all the food tasted and felt fresh and amazing. would definitely recommend the chicken calpresse, lobster ravioli, and the sticky toffee pudding.
our server Hemi was extremely pleasant and sociable, and was able to sort out issues with our voucher quickly whilst juggling other tables. i know how hard this can be and i appreciate him going the extra mile to get it sorted.
our only issue was it was fairly noisy, the restaurant seemed to attract a lot of families and big groups at the time we went so im sure this was a contributing factor. tho i cant think of anywhere you can go and eat that is kid friendly which isnt, at least, a little noisy.

It was so full of people there, probably because it’s Friday evening, atmosphere in there was fantastic, on our far right was the kitchen where you could see real fire stove, might be used to do pizzas.
Then a waitress Ellie smilingly came to our table with a new waitess to be trained to take our order, we picked Spaghetti King Prawns & Crab Lobster Rivaoli, both were excellent when showered with more cheese on top, they’re generous in doing that, love it.
One thing I wanted to point out is, while Prezzo would email vouchers to be used in their restaurants, sometimes their codes got some problems which we encountered last evening, luckily, after some struggles, the manager overrode & gave us the generosity that the code intended to gave us in the first place which save us some more money dining out, thanks for that.
Just hope their management could do something about that so as to improve the checkout process.

We met a friend for lunch on a Thursday in February and were surprised at how few customers there were. The gentleman who showed us to our table was polite and friendly and asked if we wanted to order drinks. When our friend arrived, we ordered drinks but took awhile to decide on food but the servers were very patient. We all had something different but it was all served piping hot, although my wife said hers was a bit dry as though it had sat under a heat lamp. It was all delicious. We all had a pudding; I had the quadruple chocolate ice cream cake with chocolate sauce – very rich but very good.

It’s had a refit, I think it’s supposed to represent 50s Italian diner. I’m not sure how successful that is but it’s still a good place to go. Same food, tastes good, but small portions, very high prices. Staff were excellent though. I do enjoy Prezzo but I can’t help feeling shrinkflation has taken a hold. I don’t mind paying high prices if the portions are generous, but easily £100+ for four adults now.
