Really cute coffee shop. It’s in an apartment building but they validate parking. The staff was friendly. I ordered an apple “chider” which was a chai with apple cider instead of milk. Didn’t love it but would try something else next time. I did get a berry cake bar too and LOVED. Large outdoor patio is nice too

Nice little neighborhood café with a cool patio and a small water fountain. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it’s right by a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy if you’re trying to relax or read outside. Parking was a bit confusing — there’s a “Free Parking” sign nearby, but no clear indication that it’s for customers or that they validate. I ended up paying since there were no signs or directions on their website, and no one answered the phone. Staff were friendly. Overall, a good spot, but they could improve their parking info and website organization

So glad we stopped in. The space is surprisingly large and spacious with many little cozy corners for studying, working, or relaxing. The coffee was TOP NOTCH, smooth! The service was superb, so friendly and informative.

Essentially the Bryn House residence lobby. Aesthetically pleasing and cozy. Standard coffee ($7 for their fig latte – very delicious) and few freshly baked goods ($3 for a cookie) Recommend getting there early to find a seat.
They validate parking up to 2 hours. Definitely more ideal if you need to catch up with someone or are walking through the neighborhood. They have a table, identifying and advertising local businesses and services, which is great. Some dog treats available as well.
My recommendation to the staff is to lower the music or only play instrumental. It can be quite distracting. Secondly, booths may be dirty and need some extra care throughout the day.

I didn’t order food or coffee, so I can’t comment on that. However, I did pay to park in the deck and later found out they validate parking for up to two hours, which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the young lady at the counter was courteous. I do wish the back seating area was a bit larger, but overall, I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning.

This is the second location of Prevail Union and the design is just as elegant, if not better, than the original!
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
The cafe is on the first level of the Bryn House. You can park in the FREE parking garage by the cafe ~ within the apartment complex.
II. SERVICE
Timely. I like that they provide latte art! Makes the feel here more “fancy” to play along with the atmosphere.
III. QUALITY
We got a latte with strawberry syrup. To be honest, we couldn’t taste the strawberry, so I don’t personally find it worth the extra fee to add to your drink.
IV. CAPACITY
Plenty of available seating during a weekend, midday. I don’t think this place is well discovered yet so the crowds are low!

I have yet to try their food/drinks, but this coffee shop is enormous and easily the most beautiful I’ve been to! I had to suddenly find a spot to study in for a few hours and came here, not realizing I’d stumbled upon a hidden gem. One of the best study spots I’ve been to.

I literally paid for parking and still got a $100 fine because I was a few minutes over. No grace period even though I had to wait for the elevator and service. Never coming back!
Update: I reached out to president of the parksimple company Donald Stone and he waived the fine. I’m changing my review because that was my only complaint, the staff was friendly and I loved the tea. I just won’t use their parking garage anymore 🙂

The coffee and service were lovely, but the parking was horrendous. $104 ticket on parking five minutes over is egregious. I understand that the coffee shop has no control over the fees, but if you ever want good business you need to find a different solution.

Nice coffee shop but the parking is a mess. Only go here if you are a resident of the apartment complex. I spent $10 on coffee and $104 parking ticket. And yes I did validate my parking and still got a ticket. Disappointing.
