Kind service, fun decor, made to order pretzel items. All these elements should go together to make an amazing experience but when you make some key mistakes it ruins it all.
For example the brat pretzel took forever to make to order and when it arrived it was still cold/semi solid in the center. The pepperoni pizza pretzel pocket was mostly dough and much smaller than you would expect for the price. The cheese dip was ice cold and had the quality and flavor of extra thick cheese wiz.
Great looking hidden mom & pop store where the food really needs to be better presented to even begin to be a competitor for places like Pretzel Boys and literally anywhere else.

I was greeted by Dawn and she was so nice and inviting. After being at Grandma’s Playroom and seeing others eating them the smell made me have to try. I was told to get the garlic butter nuggets and wow they do not disappoint. I will definitely be returning. Dawn makes the experience so amazing. You’ve gotta try the garlic butter nuggets. Chewy and dense but not soft. Truly the perfect texture. My 2 year old also loved them. He took one bite and said YUMMY and started dancing in the kids picnic table they have in the seating area.

Had a quick visit to order pretzel bites for a special event and picked up some pretzels for lunch. Lunch was good, the pretzel surround was buttered fresh and lightly salted, bratwurst inside was moist and flavorful! They were very accommodating with our special order and had helpful ideas for the event. Stop on for a bite!

Went there for lunch for my little girl’s birthday since it’s right next to Grandma’s Playroom and discovered they do custom orders for birthdays! They created an adorable T-Rex which everyone at the party loved. It was so tasty too! I was worried about reheating it, but they gave instructions and it turned out as delicious as if it were fresh. I got a 2lb pretzel nugget tray for my family and these were just amazing. My family thought they were absolutely delicious. They weren’t overly salty to the point of having to scrape it off either
They serve them in an alumimun pan with a lid so you can easily store them and reheat them.

The softest, lightest, butteriest pretzels I have ever eaten. You can get the pretzels freshly cooked to order in minutes, and she makes homemade dips that are so delicious. She even makes them in little cute bear shapes. If you want some for later you can even take some home frozen and cook them on another day. There is even catering services so the goodness goes on forever. There is a small section for seating if you want to enjoy your pretzel,(sticks, nuggets, etc) on the spot. Located right off of South Lindbergh its one of the best kept secrets of South County!

The amount of enjoyment I got from their pretzels is unmatched. 10 out of 10 recommend. I grubhubbed a buffalo chicken pretzelachee and a bratzel. I order things know to be on the safe side when trying a new place. The pretzel dough is amazing, buttery, the brat had that crisp exterior, with salt and I paired their cheddar cheese, the buffalo dip was typical but still delicious. Getting delivery can always be risky with how it tastes when it gets to you but it tasted as if they had just cooked it still! Will definitely be back.
