Walked in at 8:17 PM, on a Wednesday for pretzel bites or a pretzel. To my surprise and disappointment the cookie shelfs were all cleared out , and no pretzels available , and the remaining cookies were all stacked up on a table behind the cookie shelf like they were ready to be thrown away or put up. This is not acceptable, they refused to sell us any pretzels or pretzel bites, because they were out. They advertise open until 9pm for business. Several customers walked into the location and walked right out with nothing in hand.

Asked the cashier how long the pretzel bites had been sitting in the pan. If I am correct he said they change them out every 20 minutes. Bought a regular size cup of salted pretzel bites, Ate one … DRY and STALE!!! Ate another one…worse! Whole cup of pretzels going in the trash, what a waste of $6! So disappointing!

This place is awesome! Great tasting pretzels! I had a last minute drop for an Apartment Life event from a Pretzelmaker competitor. However, Jackie helped me and made everything super easy. I order 40 of the soft pretzels and it was absolutely a hit with our residents!

These definitely are not pretzels. Flavorless even when getting the cinnamon flavor. Never going back. Lemonade was watered down. Staff was unwelcoming, when asked if apple pay was a form of payment they said they didnt know.

sent the S.O. in for pretzel and 2 cream cheese. i could not come in myself because there were no handicap parking anywhere close. they charged over $5 for a puny, hard, cold, skinny pretzel that was not the width of my finger, not bready at ALL, and then give h8m one cream cheese when he asked for 2. we had to go back. i could not even eat half the pretzel. rediculously disapointed. will NEVER EVER go there again. this was at 11:30am on a saturday. they were NOT busy at all. had i been able to go inside myself, i would have NEVER accepted that pretzel.
