It’s a little bit about the food but more about the workers. We waited for 20-25 minutes in line for one of the workers to try and frost cookies and ask the only other person actually working and taking care of the customers on how to spell birthday/ what type of frosting she should do and then go on her phone while the line continues to grow behind us. Seemed as though nothing was being refrigerated, nobody was using gloves and each time we’ve come to this location, our order has been made differently or completely wrong. She also charged a mall employee incorrectly and then proceeded to keep the money as a tip. Highly recommend not going until they have new staff.

Unfortunately, the employees don’t have much to work with since there is clearly not any money being put into improving space. Not to mention, the space has a weird manufactured sugar smell upon entry. Regardless of the that, the staff was extremely friendly and the pretzels we got were good – not amazing, but good.

Over 60 dollars for a small box of stale pretzel bites, 2 lemonades, and a “special” on the cookies. Buy 6 get 2 free. Wish they had prices up of any of this stuff. Place was dead, but worker rushed us through like it was packed. Bad business ethics, bad food.

DON’T DO IT!!! The woman working there today pretty much told me I had to wait for her to clean up before she would make my pretzels. Then lied to me about how long it would take to make fresh ones. She was giving me attitude when I told her that it normally doesn’t take that long. As I was walking out the door, she raised her voice and got even ruder. When I called back for the supervisor’s number she gave it to me and hung up before I could even repeat it back to her! Worst experience there EVER!!! I wouldn’t go back if you paid me to!!!

Every single time we have gone there these past 2 years they did not have the mozzarella cheese bites. They advertise for them. And we only go there for them… nothing else. We walk in and ask for them and they try to sell us a hot dog bite instead. Nope. We dont want a hotdog bite. Why advertise for something you don’t plan on having?? Always disappointing.

Hows it still open? Went 2 times and waited to be served, even though I was only one there. The last time I went in and stood for 3 minutes and walked out. No one was out front. Ask me why I went back after they had such a lil selection and not even a full size pretzel and cheese. Well I’m not the brightest crayon in the box
