Put in a mobile order. Was told by the employee there was another pretzel store in the mall. Verified with mall security I was at the correct location. Went back and told the employee this.
Employee called someone for help, got on the phone with another person, this person asked what I ordered, employee eventually gave me something different. I don’t know how this location stays in business when you can’t fulfill a mobile order. Whole ordeal took 15+ minutes.

I love their pretzels. My kids love their pretzels. As a treat every now and then (especially when I have an errand at the mall to run, which I loathe), I will treat them to a pretzel for lunch. The service here is awful. They never seem to have any pretzels made, and then when you ask for you, they give you attitude that they have to go make some. It’s a pretzel place. You should have pretzels. Hang up your phone and do your job. I shouldn’t have to listen to you talk on the phone the entire time I’m placing my order and paying. Last time I was (6/20/19) there was the absolute worst. You had 2 salted and 2 unsalted pretzels made at 12ish when we were there. I asked for 3 salted and a small pretzel bite. You told me it was buy 3 get 1 free. So I said great, thanks, 4 salted and 1 small pretzel bite. You handed me 2 salted and 1 unsalted pretzel before I stopped you and said “No…I need salted pretzels” So you said “I only have 2”. So I asked how long it would take to make more. You said “10 minutes” I said “Fine”. But then you handed me 2 salted pretzels and rang me up for them. So I was like “NO! THREE SALTED PRETZELS AND A PRETZEL BITE!!!!” You gave me attitude, rang me up for an additional pretzel and a pretzel bite (I should have gotten a free pretzel, but at this point, I just wanted to be done with experience). By this point, there was a line of people behind me all wanting to order pretzels that you didn’t have made. She finally finished making the pretzels. The 2 she had already handed me plus the pretzel bites were cold. And the 1 additional one she gave us, she never dipped in the butter or whatever it is, so it was dry. But the talking on the cell phone the ENTIRE time was the icing on the cake…

It was the worst experience ever. I ordered pretzels from this place for my kids. The Spanish lady who served us was very rude. I needed some napkins cause my son threw up in the floor and I wanted to clean it up, unfortunately she refused to to give me some napkins and I was bugging her but she turned her face and ignored me. Never go there again!

We ordered a Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. It was barely warm and the employee took a plain pretzel, dipped it in butter and covered it with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. Pretty disappointing, threw half of it out and went to Starbucks for another snack.

the small pretzel was marked 4.89 and we had a 5 to pay then we gave the employee a 5 and she said 6 dollars then i told her that it say that they are 4.89 then she says well sorry.so either she was lying or she did not know how to read.plus her giving us rude remarks and looks. just overall this place is bad don’t go and i never will.

Pretzels are cold and sauces are poorly made. If I wanted straight mustard I would ask for mustard but instead I asked for honey mustard. You’re better off going to wetzels pretzels by PacSun.
