What the heck is happening with Pretty Original Thing on Harlem? Looked like it opened for a few days and now closed up.

It’s a much fattier juice that almost looks oily at first.
Quite a bit of heat from the spices as well on the first piece of meat, as well as quite a SALT smack on the first bite!
It is absolutely covered in seasoning
Thin sliced and fell apart as I tried to pick up chunks of it at once.
Roll still is holding up quite well, despite the juice
Bits of fat still on the beef as well throughout the sandwich.
Honestly, it was an unexpectedly great beef, lots of flavor, and not dry.
My 2 gripes with the restaurant itself are the scary entrance dip off harlem Ave and the fact they do not have any meal combos! So fries and a drink and a beef would all be separate.
However, a drive-through is always nice.
Location seems brand new on the old long john Silvers lot.
$7.29 is not bad for the amount of meat and taste.
4.5 for the beef

I’ve been coming here at least once a week however the last 3 times the customer service was horrible. The same older gentleman is very rude and short with you do barley allow you to speak. His attitude is horrible. The last few times the fry bags are cut in half and when I asked him is he giving me half orders of fries good response was I don’t make the bags I just put the product in them. I can’t believe the price they’re charging for a half order of fries. The quality of the food is good but I’m not willing to patronize someone as rude as he is. THIS IS SAD WHEN YOU FIND A LOCAL PLACE AND CAN’T EAT THERE.

This is some of the best pizza I’ve had, and the deals are unmatched! The customer service is great, and the people are so nice. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next meal. Also, try the carrot cake, it’s so good! My husband had the ice cream, and he loved it.

Been to this places 3 times. 1st time I got onion rings they were good. 2nd time I got a beef it wasn’t great. 3rd time I got a chicken kabob with no tomatoes and this is what I got. 4 unseasoned chunks of chicken that taste burnt with tomatoes on pita bread and they are over priced I would not be going back here.

I only get beefs here. They are very good but not fantastic. I have had many beefs with more flavor overall elsewhere. Edit: I wanted to add that taste buds vary and Mr. Beef is worth a try.
They have a stranger ordering system. The person taking your order is not in the building. It’s all done by intercom. It’s a little confusing and some customers really dislike it. I find it odd but no real inconvenience.

Kiosk ordering for convenience but can still order at counter too. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious and ready fast! I will be returning to try everything else!
