Stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Our order was done so fast, I hardly had time to quickly wash my hands. The employees were all happy and helpful. Our food was so good. I don’t know what they do to the crinkle fries, but they are heavenly! The sauces are just the perfect hint of spice and the purple slaw on the sandwich adds a nice crunch and mellow any spice.

Ordered the mild/sweet nuggets, and the Hot Behind chicken sandwich. The nuggets were a little too sweet for my liking but the hot behind chicken had good flavor with just enough spice. It was just spicy enough without being completely overwhelming and gross. If you don’t like spice, I would stay away from the HB, if you love spice, it’s just spicy enough. I will be back to try out the no spice mild flavor see how they compare.

I used to love pretty bird. The chicken sandwich was always top tier. I decided to grab dinner grub then today and I got the chicken tenders meal. It was absolutely disgusting. Appearance alone I knew it was going to be bad. The breading fell off just by opening the box. Actually touching the tenders caused the rest of the breading to come off so I was left with huge bland chicken breasts. The fries were overcooked and therefore oversaturated with grease. I used to think the quality of food was pretty reliable for the price. Now I’m not sure I’ll ever go back. I never thought I would say this but I have actually had better chicken tenders at BK.

I had such a great experience at Pretty Bird, and a big part of that was thanks to Dylan! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He made sure my order was perfect, answered all my questions with patience, and even gave great recommendations. You can tell he really cares about both the customers and the quality of service.
It’s rare to come across someone who brings such positive energy to their work. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and it truly made my visit memorable. Pretty Bird is lucky to have him on the team — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is one of my favorite places. They are always speedy on their orders. I have never had a problem with a chicken not being cooked well. I wish the seats were a little more comfortable in the restaurant, but other than that we keep coming back. Props to Dylan this evening, he made my experience A step above others. Others. I had ordered part of my order to go and then had to place a second part when I came in and he was right on it and had me in and out in no time. All the staff is always super friendly and helpful

This was our first time at Pretty Bird Hot Chicken. The first thing we noticed was that the restaurant was super clean and very cute and stylish inside! We love the atmosphere and the soundtrack they played was really good. It was easy to order at the kiosk. The best thing is that they serve Coca-Cola products! The chicken took a little bit of time coming out, but I noticed that they were making it fresh so it was worth the wait. We got the garlic wings and chicken. Cutlet fries are good but typical for crinkle cut fries. We would definitely come back to this Pretty Bird!
