I had a great experience at Pret A Manger Ridgefield New Jersey at the Vince Lombardi Rest Area. The chicken and avocado sandwich was fresh and delicious. In fact, I have been to many locations and have never been disappointed. The food quality is top notch. Everything is appetizing. Team member Karina was awesome. She greeted me with a smile and made me laugh when I apologized for eating half of my sandwich before I made it to the checkout. I was starving and in a hurry. I could not wait to taste the delicious sandwich on fresh soft bread. You cannot go wrong at Pret A Manger. God Bless America! God Bless Blue and Gold! Remember Everyone Deployed Everyday!

Have downgraded to 2 stars (from 5).
The reason is that their espresso tastes now like a regular coffee and not even a strong one. Waste of money ($4,20 for a triple). I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the espresso machine or an issue with the barista but this is not the first time. Definitely my last visit. I may brew stronger coffee in my truck

I was hungry and got a hot Parmesan chicken wrap, another wrap Chipotle chicken and avocado, a plain croissant and a double espresso. Almost $25 ♂️
Wraps were not that great. I would appreciate more chicken, the Chipotle wrap was full of avocado but very skimpy on chicken. They got 4 stars cause my croissant and espresso were great. Also Karina (the girl at the counter) was very nice and friendly. Next time I would stay away from their wraps but the espresso with a warm and freshly baked croissant is a must ☕️

Ok it’s been a few fails now, i give up on this place. They do not seem to know how to make a cappuccino, nor understand how to put it straight into customer mug rather than the plastic lined paper cup. Different people, same result every visit.

Bought two soups at about $10 a pop. Both soups were only 2/3 the way full. They had lids on them so you think you’re getting a full cup which at 10 is fairly pricey but, you’re not even getting that! Between the 2 cups 2/3 the way full I was out a whole 2/3 of a cup. Simple math! Deceptive practices.

Great lunch spot if you’re looking for something quick and healthy to eat. My husband and I got salads. Good portions, spring mix lettuce, everything was fresh, dressing was good. We got plain lattes, good coffee for a chain. The chocolate croissant was heavenly.

Coffee was palatable, but the customer service was atrocious. The employee, who was talking to his coworker a moment before, did not say a word to me the entire transaction. Did not greet me, ask for my order, tell me my total, or say anything when handing me my order. A very distasteful interaction I’ll remember the next time I stop here. A mobile order/check-out kiosk would have made the experience better and my coffee cheaper, I imagine.

I think this branch should be closed at all or change management. I eat Pret A Manger for few years, almost daily. But this branch always have not fresh food or misiing bread. There soup toppers never fresh.
