ordered takeout online for my family. i got a few things including an order of chicken parm and even paid extra for a bigger portion. i get home after picking up my order, which they said they double checked and i find out there is no chicken at all in the Chicken Parm. i can understand mistakes get made sometimes but when i called to ask for at least a partial refund they said i couldnt do it unless i was in store, even though i ordered online. okay, not the end of the world, the nice staff told me over thenphone if i give them some basic info, they can let the owners know and send me a gift card by mail which i said was totally fine. over a month later and nothing comes in. im pretty a understanding person, but i guess they just dont care.

My work ordered from here today and I tried to choose the healthiest thing I could – zoomed with marinara, artichokes and veggies…its DELICIOUS! I definitely think the tasty marinara MADE this dish! #chefskiss

We were driving home from Nor Cal and needed to stop for a potty break, dinner & gas. We pulled off the freeway @ Magic Mountain Parkway. We went East away from the tourist trap offerings next to the theme park. We pulled into one of the first shopping centers we saw because it had a Target since my kids needed to use the restroom. After we were hungry and looked in the center for food options. We chose this place because pasta sounded good. We walked over and waited in line. It was an fast casual type of restaurant. Order first and they bring you your food. We ate on the outdoor patio. The food was really good. It was a pleasant surprise. The pricing was similar to an Olive Garden, but the food was way better. I had Chicken Marsala, one of my go to dishes and it was delicious. It was served with fettuccine Alfredo and garlic bread. My son and wife got a combo meal that came with a salad, entree choice from a list and a drink for like $15. My youngest got the kids meal of spaghetti & meatball. That came with garlic bread, a fountain drink, a cookie & a toy for $7. A great deal. They have multiple locations but they are all up in the valley. We will definitely go back. Can’t wait for next time we’re in the area.

Not impressed at all, 60 dollars down the drain. Threw most of it out. I ordered 2 chicken Alfredo WITH broccoli (as stated on menu) no broccoli, very little chicken, meat lasagna with funny tasting ricotta cheese, large salad that looked straight outa a bag. The only thing that was decent was the garlic knots and the mozzarella sticks which are the typical type which are hard to screw up. This obviously is a franchise and you get franchise quality food. Oh! and I ordered 1 sugar cookie, 2 chocolate chip and they were hard and appeared old. Again, 66 dollars down the drain. Very disappointed. The staff were very friendly and nice is all I can say that’s positive.

Menu is misleading. The definition of pomodoro means nothing here. When the menu days fresh tomatoes, basil and oil, they aren’t describing qualities of their red sauce; it’s literally oil and a few tomato cubes. The garlic isn’t sauteed. The vegetables are raw.

I went here last night and they completely messed up my takeout order. I wanted simple chicken parm with penne and the guy who took my order seemed confused and he kept asking me to repeat it to him at least 5 times, no joke. He even had to get another employee to help him take my order so I thought everything was fine but when I got home I saw they gave me shrimp and spaghetti…. I wouldn’t be so upset if they were busy but they weren’t. This is pure carelessness and poor attention to detail. While I waited, the staff were just standing around chit-chatting when they should be paying attention and making sure the orders are coming out correctly. Based on this experience I cannot recommend this place.
