This food was amazing. You don’t often travel and walk into a restaurant that feels as comfortable as this one with food I just as comforting. There is definitely a whole lot of soul here.

The breakfast selection was great with just the right amount of modern and country favorites mixed together for a selection to satisfy every palate.

The grits were cooked to perfection, the eggs were nice and hot, and the turkey sausage was flavorful. For a special treat rye bread was offered and I was all in.

The atmosphere is cozy but can accommodate any size group (up to capacity). It was the right amount of seat selection for those desiring sun (me) to those who wanted total isolation and I loved this!

Rhe seating was well thought out not tight and the noise level was not evasive and allowed good conversation.

Thw only thing greater than the prices was the greeting upon entering and an attentive host. This was a great experience, definitely a place to stop in.

Pressley Park Restaurant is the definition of a three-star experience ~ not bad, but not memorable. The atmosphere is clean, and the service is efficient. The food tasted like something I could make at home. The restaurant is a reliable, safe option for a basic American breakfast.

We had an excellent breakfast experience at this cozy diner! The vegetarian omelette was delicious, and the grits, especially with jelly, were amazing. The toast was so good, it didn’t even need butter. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality from the owners, Nick and Crystal, who personally came to check on us and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for a hearty, welcoming meal!

The service was prompt, attentive, and incredibly friendly! Everything came out exactly how we ordered it in less than 15 minutes. This place captures the true old school Southern spirit of Charlotte – consider supporting your local diner before taking your dollars to a national chain!

My favorite place to eat especially Thursday when they have chicken and rice soup. The best. Hamburger steak is very good. Not overcooked.

Update: I have returned a week later to try the sweet tea. Best sweet tea in Charlotte by a country mile! Fantastic!!!

I’m a Charlotte native and today was my first time grabbing breakfast at Pressley Park. Wow! What a fantastic experience! The service was ultra friendly. The vibe was cozy. BEST PANCAKES IVE EVER HAD! Seriously… the batter was thick and rich and soaked up the syrup and butter perfectly. I also really enjoyed the biscuit and gravy and scrambled eggs with cheese. The bacon was good and the hash browns and orange juice were a bit underwhelming. Despite that, this place is really awesome! I’ve heard great things about their sweet tea so I’d love to come back for lunch. This place is a true hidden gem. So excited they’re still around after 60 years!

What an awesome place to eat. It was my first time there and the place makes you feel like your at home. Tony greeted and served us, what a delightful man. Even the other customers were friendly. The free soup with our lunch was divine!!! I would definitely stop by anytime, just for that. I love that they have daily specials and with the nice size portions (if your like me) you will have enough left over for a snack. Budget friendly, great location and lots of parking, this is the place to be for a good quick bite and friendly smile

Atmosphere excellent, service excellent. Food horrible. I had Andy’s 8oz burger the meat tasted like it was boiled hamburger it was so gross. Peach cobbler was lukewarm and watery. Everyone raves about their breakfast that’s because you can’t mess breakfast up it’s so easy. I will never waste my time or money here again. 35$ for two people what a rip off.
