i ordered two freezes and got this açaí bowl instead? come on and when i tried to get a refund it says unavailable:(. waste of 22$. do better next time pressed. i usually love your bowls and sweet treats but this was so disappointing. i uber eats. don’t uber eats again guys save it money.

It’s a stand-up counter only, but it has a nice feeling. The service person is friendly and well informed. The juices and energy bowls are high quality. However, it’s important to note that the juice is pre-bottled. It makes economic sense to join their program and get the discounted prices.

Helpful staff. Juices are great but was surprised they are not pressed same day. Regardless, I like their 1-3day (or longer) juice fast programs. It makes for less thinking and stressing during a fasting period.

A employee by the name Victoria helped me when I came in . She greeted super enthusiastically and made my first time such a pleasure. I got the elder berry for myself and my daughter had the same ! Thanks for the suggestion Victoria ! I will definitely be back !

The juice and the freezes are amazing and the service is good. However, every single time I go the freeze machine is ALWAYS broken. It has been this way for months and they either seem to not care that they are losing business as a result or are just apathetic in regards to fixing things. I go multiple times during the week in hopes that the machine will be working, but it never is and the staff seems frustrated by this. Would love to give this local business my money, but it just isn’t feasible.

I really wanted to like this place. Someone needs to MANAGE this location. They were out of stock on their basic ingredients, and need to train their employees. It’s amazing how no one knew anything!!! But not employees fault. It’s management’s failure.

Ordered 4 different cleanses and some
other individual juices online to be collected from
the Danville store.
Every single cleanse came with juices missing and replaced by juices I didn’t order or want. The calories don’t match and I’d be down hundreds of calories a day.
More importantly, no one from the store told me. They just threw the juices in a box and hoped for the best. Even the individual juices were incorrect and replaced with totally different options.
If you’re sold out or can’t fulfil the order then have the decency to tell the customer before you try to pass it off. Embarrassing!!

I came in 5 minutes before closing and they told me they couldn’t help me. After working in customer service for many years I would never turn someone down before official closing time. I was excited to try the place but had work and then coached soccer in the evening, and tried to make it specifically before closing but now I’m very turned off.
