The arcade games are fun, but multiple do not work. Bartenders were very slow to help us. The pizza kitchen was an absolute joke. With no menu present, my wife and I asked what pizzas are available, to rude staff that would not even make eye contact with us. The pizza staff then told us in a very rude tone to go ask the bartender as if they wished to continue their conversation alone and we were interrupting. Will not be back to this rude establishment, I suggest to avoid.

If you want to have food that nourishes your soul and warms your insides in ways that are beyond words,, this is the place. The quality is 100% perfect and delicious every time,, and the quantity is so much i’m definitely taking the rest home and savoring each bite for later. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they’re helpful and attentive and very very kind. You will never be disappointed here! The atmosphere is slightly crowded but it’s an arcade of course it’s going to crowded but it’s all good vibes, and we have a very mindful and kind community too in this city theres hardly any trouble at this establishment. i 1,000 percent recommend this place to not just those travelling but to all the locals. I will definitely be returning here Thank you Press Start staff for making every visit amazing

Super cool fun retro place. My husband and I came here for a date night and had an absolute blast!!! Most machines are only a quarter to play. Lots of 2 player games. The games that gave us tickets we were able to get some cute stickers and candy!

Definitely my favorite place to go. The basement arcade is the coolest thing. So much fun. I have all my parties here. The food is good and the service is great. You won’t find a better arcade anywhere else around the world

If you’re looking for a club in Rapid City, you won’t find a good one or really even anywhere you could call it a club. That leaves Press Start as probably the best late night weekend bar within city limits, depending on taste, which says more about the bar scene here than anything. Even when you’re stuck in that long security line that they tell you is because they’re at “Max Capacity”, you can pay your way in for a $20. Just like a real club! The working staff does do a great job trying to hold the place together, though. Typical 2 story arcade bar with a “dj” providing a mash up of played out music over a dance floor until 2am on weekends.

Alpt of kids birthday on the weekend but they seemed to like the upstairs with the ticket games more then downstairs with the old school quarter games. That’s where I spent most of the time. In the dungeon with the quarter games. Pretty neat place!

There aren’t a lot of games who give tickets for the kids. When we took the tickets to get prizes, I was apauled at the amount of tickets needed to get prizes. It was 1000 tickets for an amoung us key chain. Also, a lot of the machines we played didnt work properly. I don’t mind paying for entertainment, but I at least expect it to work properly.

Wonderful place! The main floor is more kid oriented with ticket games and prizes. It kind of feels like a small Dave and Busters. … But then the old arcade games from the 80s are downstairs and are awesome!! 25 cents to play.
Good drinks, great service! We got the waffle fry nachos and they were amazing! Absolutely loaded and not a dry fry on the plate. Addictive.

The arcade has physical tickets, guitar hero, hydro racer, punching bags, basketball, shooters, pinball, pong, Pac-Man, great prices, good service and a fantastic atmosphere. I’ll easily be back everytime I pass through Rapid City and I’d consider making a trip just for this place!

Wanted to love the place. Pizza, beer, games. We got there and found out food doesn’t start until 4, that’s fine beer and games. Well we played pinball and the greatest air hockey I have ever seen, 4 person Parkman air hockey it was awesome. Well 4 rolls around and they tell us they are running behind and we were looking at 5pm to eat. We finished up our drinks and left. We were hiking all day and could not wait. Bar down the street had beer and burgers.
