I ordered food on the too good to go app I paid $10.76 for leftover food and all I got was 2 containers with potatoes and squash not a good deal. I could have just got a real fresh meal for $10 with protein vegetables and that would have been fine. I think it’s a bad image for your establishment to just sell me potatoes and squash for $10.76 and it’s from yesterday. And charging more for sauce? I would have given a lot to make up for the poor amount of food received. We have picked up from other establishments and we were impressed. This was not worth the price for day old food and the drive out there.

PrepLife in Upland has been a solid addition to my routine since 2020 when I started serious weight training. They focus on healthy, affordable meal prep that helps you hit your macro goals: perfect for anyone serious about their fitness or looking to get those gains. The team is friendly and always ready to help, which makes the experience even better. Plus, the environment is clean and welcoming, so you can feel good about what you’re eating and where it’s coming from. Overall, if you’re looking to stay on track with your nutrition without breaking the bank, PrepLife is definitely worth checking out!

We were finally contacted back, and the company did make it right with us. Appreciate that they took action on our feedback and resoved the issue.

Thank you!

I am so disappointed. Bought 4 meals to take home, and two of the four were about 1/4 of the size that the other 2 meals had. We called, left voice mails, sent emails, but there was no reply. Will never spend my money here again. You can see in the picture – this cost 13.49. This was all that was in the container.

Overall a good place for meal prepping and calories tracking with a lot of tasty options. Only thing I worry about (which is why I put a 4 star) is that there is a variance in calories for meals on their website and the same meals in store. For example, the meatlovers combo says 580 cal on their website and in store says 220 cal on their menu. That is a huge variance and every calorie counts when you’re tracking. Employees in store were not sure why there was a huge variance either.

I love Prep Life! They make my meal prep easy for the week. My favorite is their Sweet Thai Chicken Plate and the macros are what I need for my meal plans. Grateful for their existence and super tasty! You won’t be disappointing

Me and my partner have been using prepLIFE for a little over a year. We actually switched over from a different meal prep business because we loved how flavorful the food was and how easy it was to preorder and pick up meals. Usually we will order our meals in the morning for pick up later in the afternoon so there’s plenty of time for our order to be completed and until recently haven’t come across any issues. However the last few weeks pick up has been very disappointing. Last weekend we did our usual order in the morning and pickup later in the afternoon but when we arrived our food wasn’t ready, it took an extra hour and a half after our scheduled pick up for food to be ready. Today’s experience was somehow even worse. We get to prepLIFE an hour after scheduled pick up time and find out that once again our food isn’t ready. We go to grab dinner and come back an hour later and still our food isn’t ready. We ended up waiting in our car for another hour until our food was ready. I can understand being busy but we waited an extra 3 hours after our scheduled pick up. What’s the point of ordering food in advance if it won’t even be ready until hours later? This is the second time we’ve run into issues with our food being ready on time and we wasted so much of our day waiting for food when this meal prep service is supposed to be saving us time. Highly disappointed, hoping this issue gets fixed asap.

One word INCONSISTENT. Out of the 6 weeks I’ve had these meal preps 2 were good, the other 4 food was inedible. Rice was undercooked by a lot, and chicken was cooked too dry. This was considered a day or two after ordering. For example this weeks batch the teriyaki sauce wasn’t even teriyaki, it’s tasted so salty and chicken was too dry. Also if you have an issue good luck trying to get your complaint address by the store. Overall might be worth a try? Maybe we just order too much meal preps? It’s unfortunate because this place has so much potential, but it’s like they don’t even care sometimes. Rice is noticeable undercooked, like the color is completely different in the scoop of rice.

Another scam. Advertises on the Toogoodtogo app that helps to use unsold food. Selected the meal version. So excited to think of working with a restaurant that also wants to help the community. They claim it is of a $30 value for $10 (the amount of their actual protein, veg and carb meal).

They had the audacity to give me three cold trays:
One boiled potatoes
Two old green bean trays

Cold and definitely not even the same day.

How dare you?! Don’t support this lying business. Such a shame to do this to people who actually believe what you advertise.

They wouldn’t even give a refund. Told the ‘classy’ employees to keep it. They claimed to have called their boss about it. Just gross humans doing this. Hope it’s worth the $10 you’ve managed to scam off people one time. Check the reviews. Sadly I didn’t.

Guess what preplife, some of us actually have money to spend and wanted to do good. Wish you really wanted to do good as well.

I tried to put in an order after work at 5pm and they were out of tri tip, chicken and shrimp. Didn’t even get past the protein stage so who knows what else. Not sure if it was an inventory issue or they were just done cooking for the day but seemed weird as they don’t close until 8.
