I’ve ordered twice. Both times I ordered orange chicken. Both times I got chicken with no sauce.
It’s good food, delicious, but I’m extremely dissatisfied and am genuinely upset with the person making my food. It’s not “plain chicken and rice” on the menu, so where is my orange chicken???

I was tried hibachi salmon last wednesday, because when i asked to the guy who take my order what menu is recommended? He said that salmon. But im still curious for the steak, and i coming today to order steak but i didn’t meet that guy. And both is the best, the salmon cooked well and the steak also good. They can cooked as my request, i’ll coming again soon for another menu!
Ps : i choose this foodcart because gluten free!!

When they first opened they were really good and fresh. Last month delivery order was cold and order completely wrong. 10/25/24 we went around 1:30pm my husband has been in and out of the bathroom since we left. This is the only food he ate that I did not. No one else in the house is sick. He had shrimp steak noodles. Last time I ate here I got sick as well but didn’t consider it to be the food I ate here. We will not be returning unfortunately

We ordered chicken hibachi with noodles they used to serve pretty good portions before now, not too much food for the price we barely got noodles and chicken. Then the person taking orders is not too friendly it looks like he doesn’t enjoy his job.

I love this food cart at The Heist on Woodstock! It’s my favorite hibachi in Portland. The food is always so fresh, the sauces and seasoning delicious. I love the tofu hibachi with veggies. The owner is always kind too. 🙂

The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing. We have eaten here before and really enjoyed the food, today we ordered our main meal from a different cart and came to Premier Hibachi with a request for just a side of rice for my daughter.
Somewhat of a strange request that the Chinese foodcart refused (and rudely at that).
The owner of Premier Hibachi handed me the side of rice with a smile and told me ‘no charge’. Seriously! He wouldn’t take any money! Where do you get this kind of customer service anymore I ask you!?
We will be back in a few days and ordering meals for the whole family and I encourage you all to try their great food as well. Highly recommend!

Food is always very good. But the people running it have zero customer service. They kind of just look at you when you walk up. No hello or thank yous. They seem very miserable.
Also they have alot of appetizers but can’t serve them for some reason.

Ordered buy 1 get 1 free. Was charged for both. Tried to get refund but was told that Uber was the one who charged me. Horrible customer service.
