This place is just a 2 minute walk from the resort we stayed at in Port Canaveral. What a great bar/eatery. MarMar, our bartender was great with recommendations. And the food….just delicious! Yes, they have pub style food, but the flavors are incredible! Oh, and the only place that I have had a giant pretzel that serves a cinnamon cream cheese dip. Super scrummy! The menus are printed on the back of vintage album covers….how retro and unique.

If you’re looking for a spot that’s equal parts unique vibe, outstanding food, and spot-on service, Preacher Bar is an absolute must-visit! We stopped in recently and left blown away by everything.
We kicked things off with the Pulled Pork Nachos—crispy, loaded with tender pork, and just the perfect amount of flavor without being overwhelming. Hands down one of the best starters we’ve had anywhere.
Then came the stars of the show: the Pork Osso Buco was incredible—tender, fall-off-the-bone, rich, and full of depth. It was seriously amazing and exceeded every expectation. Paired with the Blackened Shrimp Tacos (served with fries), which were the absolute best we’ve ever had. The shrimp were perfectly spiced, juicy, and bursting with flavor—fresh, bold, and not greasy at all. We couldn’t stop raving about them.
To wash it all down, we sampled their craft cocktails: a classic Bloody Mary that hit all the right notes, a refreshing Mango Sangria, and a perfectly balanced Raspberry Mojito. Every sip was delicious and creative—clearly made with care.
Huge shoutout to our server, Christina—she was phenomenal! Attentive without hovering, full of great recommendations, and just genuinely friendly. She nailed every suggestion and made the whole experience feel special.

DINED 10/26/25: we came based on a recommendation from our hotel clerk. The pulled pork nachos and blackened Mahi Sandwich are PHENOMENAL! We sat at the bar to watch NFL Football and our bartender, Cole, was very friendly, personable and helpful (food recommendations). The bar has plenty of seating and wasn’t too loud to have a good conversation w/o yelling. I would highly recommend this bar, the food and we will be back each time we cruise from Port Canaveral.

Great bar and ambience we had a Slavic waitress and that was the hammer. have fun together laughing drinking fun as a service may be. professional and friendly pleasant great thank you. my girlfriend was just as enthusiastic

Nice staff! Great food. Tipped the girl 5$ for being attentive and nice . Thanks and by the way its probably the best mahi meal ive had. Tasty! Way better then Ellie Mays, that place is way overpriced !

We’re from California and REALLY enjoyed the food, decor and atmosphere! DJ was the best waiter we could have had. She is very knowledgeable about the Preacher Bar, the area and really is fun to talk to! The chicken sandwich was AMAZING! The Long Island’s were spectacular!

Today I came to the area because my wife and myself are heading on a cruise tomorrow morning. The service from Lil and Kayla from the bar was amazing, they were friendly and attentive to my wife’s gluten allergy. As far as the atmosphere we were having a great time until a bar regular decided to cause a scene with the staff, they approached the situation with professionalism and poise but the bar guest continued to cause an issue with the staff speaking out loud about their personal lives and then argued with my wife. This place had amazing food and service and I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area but management needs to do something about this entitled man who thinks he can speak to employees and other guests that are trying to have a great vacation.

Fantastic place to grab a bite and drink ! Our server was fantastic and super attentive. Our food came quickly and was so good! Portions are very big! I got the nachos they were flavorful and crispy! Highly recommend! The decor here was super cute and fun.

We visited this bar on a weekday and were initially impressed. The female bartender was excellent and made great drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by several off-duty employees who were at the bar. They were visibly intoxicated, loud, and obnoxious. They even went behind the bar to make their own drinks. The behavior escalated when one of them started yelling profanities, which prompted us to leave. We were disappointed to hear from others that a manager was also reportedly getting drunk with them. While we liked the bar’s theme, this lack of professionalism from the staff makes it difficult to recommend.
