Absolutely amazing BBQ spot! The food is incredible — perfectly smoked, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and has that perfect laid-back BBQ vibe that makes you want to stay awhile.
But what really sets this place apart is the staff — hands down the best! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

I eat here about once a week and this place is great. The bbq and burgers are juicy and delicious and the sides are amazing. The small town, back-home atmosphere rests the soul. The staff is friendly and their hospitality makes you feel like you’ve come here for years. As a truck driver, I also really appreciate that they have enough room for us to park. Not many restaurants or there that have that.

I’m writing this review as A part of a business, that is often Catered to. The communication and follow through are spot on and unprompted, we appreciate the conciseness of every meal we have catered as orders often differ slightly. The continuous ability to simply place an order and it be delivered on time with a smile is paramount, to my position, as so many personnel are counting on these meals. The Food quality is amazing especially considering the quantity that I order. From Wings, BBQ, and sides the teammates are appreciative. Thanks so much to Praters for always being that Quality guarantee.

I found Praters on the way through town one day. That is the best pit stop I have ever made. The food was fantastic, and I promised myself I would come back soon to have a sit-down meal. Well, again, I was not disappointed. I ordered something I was sure they didn’t have. To my surprise, they did. Again, there were not any disappointed reactions. I love this place, and I recommend it to all passing through or have not been there in a while. Please revisit. Thank you for the opportunity to indulge in true goodness.

Their BBQ is the best ive had in the area. We got the family meal ribs and ill tell ya the ribs were very tender even our 70lbs dog liked them since she got on the stove and ate a 1/2 rack by herself LOL the sides were good as well. If you want great BBQ do yourself a favor and go to Praters.

I seriously can’t get enough of this place! The food is next-level delicious — especially the Pulled Pork Sandwich (so juicy and flavorful!) and the Potato Salad, which is creamy, tangy, and just plain addictive. I could honestly eat here every single day and be perfectly happy!
The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff? Top-notch. Huge shoutout to Brittany — she’s always so kind, helpful, and makes you feel like family the second you walk in.

Stopped by last-night….absolutely amazing barbecue! The ribs was tender and good , and the sauces were packed with flavor. Great portions for the price, and the staff was super friendly and kind.. i believe her name was Brittany…I’ll definitely be back soon!

But the real star was our waitress, MacKenzie. She was hands-down the BEST — friendly, attentive, and made us feel like family. She kept everything running smoothly and always had a smile on her face.

We usually eat here a few times a month. 2 weeks ago roughly we had a call in order of 5 different meals. I order the catfish dinner with slaw and a salad, with the catfish dinner u would think one would at least get 2 pieces of catfish, but no hell I didn’t even get a roll. When we got home from picking up our food we realized we were missing food and the rack of ribs that was ordered did not have any bbq sauce.
