I ordered steak and eggs, of which they have the traditional American version on the menu. But I requested rice and beans instead of potatoes and toast, which was no problem. I also had their house hot sauce and a fried chili.
No joke… this is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. With one of the absolute friendliest and most attentive servers I’ve had.
The steak I ordered medium and I’m used to places not doing that right. This was PER…FECT. The eggs were right where I wanted them as well. Their hot salsa was perfect heat and flavor.
I am a huge fan. This place should have a long wait for a table even on a weekday, but I was seated immediately.
I will be back. I will have a hard time eating breakfast anywhere else going forward.
EDIT: I love this place more than the first time. It is always on point. I’ve been here several times since and it is excellent everytime. Bad reviews must have been just a unique experience or a unique individual because it’s by far the best (not just Mexican) restaurant in our area. No question. And I do a lot of reviews… check my profile… I know local food. This place …is… IT.

We’ve been here a few times now and it’s officially our new favorite Mexican spot! The bartender special and the skinny margaritas are HUGE and so good. The handmade chips and salsa are incredible, and our go-to dish is the molcajete—big portions with plenty of rice and beans on the side. Cozy, welcoming atmosphere, super friendly and attentive staff, and everything is spotless. We can’t say enough good things—this place is a must-try and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Absolutely amazing! The food was very large portions, delicious annd authentic. and prices were good. The food and drinks came very quickly. The highlight however was the customer service. Everyone was incredibly nice. Even the manager or owner maybe went around each table to ask. Everyone was so kind and attentive. 10/10. My New Mexican food spot for sure.

Gissell was our server and she was delightful. The food and service was amazing. We had chicken fajitas and chicken mole enchiladas. I love that the food has character and spice. Both the Cadillac and skinny margaritas are tasty- if you like a little less sweet- go for skinny. Oscar, the bartender, was super friendly and engaged, making sure we enjoyed our chose libations. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.

Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in the north. My boyfriend and I came in after seeing a photo of the molcajete on their website and knew we had to try it — and wow, it completely lived up to what I imagined it to be and then some!
Our server was absolutely wonderful. I wish I remembered his name because he truly deserves the recognition — he was so kind, helpful, and genuinely personable, which made the experience even better.
We ordered the molcajete and the shrimp ceviche, and both were incredible. The molcajete was packed with flavor and easily one of my favorite dishes I’ve ever had. It was a bit on the spicy side, but still so delicious. I asked our server if it could be made a little less spicy next time, and he immediately said it was no problem at all — which is perfect, because we will be back (probably very frequently). Their portion sizes were very generous as well!
I can’t wait to come back and try their margaritas and more of the menu… though I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever be able to stray away from that molcajete. Highly recommend!

It’s rated a 4.8 star which is CRAZY because everyone seems to love it but I had a hard time liking it. It needed a little more Mexican than American. The name of the place looks like it’s going to be Mexican but there wasn’t a lot of Mexican food options. More American. Although it says fusion I just think the menu and name could be changed. The food was MID. I can make it at home. A little more seasoning to the food and the menu. I also ordered a lil drinky drink but couldn’t taste the balance of alcohol and the sweetness. It was okay. Me personally can just go to IXTAPA, but I like to try new things.

Ordered the steak salad. First few bites were wonderful. Unfortunately the next few bites tasted like cleaning solution. Not sure if there was some cross contamination or what, but it totally turned me off of the food and I opted to leave the rest. I’ve been told their brunch is delicious so I may come back for a second try.

We simply love this resteraunt. We came here for date night right after it opened and it immediately became our new favorite. We primarily come for brunch but the times we have come for dinner didnt disappoint. The staff is amazing, special shout out to Umberto, Maddison, Oscar and Claudia. Who always make us feel welcome and brighten our day.
Im not a sweets person but I somehow became addicted to their sugary breakfast items, I get French toast and crepes often, but their omelets are my favorite.
For dinner, the fajitas are perfect! The chimichanga is the best I’ve had anywhere, and that’s a staple for me at any Mexican resteraunt.
For anyone looking for more traditional American food, they are also amazing and will not disappoint. Burgers, sandwiches and salads are top notch here.
