The food was absolutely delicious. We had the chicharrón y guacamole and the chicharrón was light and crispy while the guacamole was nice and fresh. I had the pork belly Benedict, it was tender and my egg was perfectly poached. My wife had the pork belly fried rice and she looked how the pork belly melted once it hit her mouth. She loved every bite. The cafe de olla was delicious not to sweet not bitter, just right and we also had a strawberry licuado which was nice and creamy. Definitely a 10/10 location family friend and perfect customer service by Maria.

My wife and I visited Pradera for brunch. It is a Latino brunch spot serving up twists on classic breakfast items and traditional hispanic food. This place has it all : the service , the atmosphere , the food, the drinks! Our server , Maria was very kind and attentive! We went with the Enchiladas and Brisket Breakfast sandwich. Phenomenal! We also ordered two of the speciality drinks , the Fresa con Jamaica and Horchata . Both were great! Mid way through the meal we were already talking about coming back another time during our trip! Definitely check this place out !

Came during the weekday and no crowd! My server was a beautiful medium height lady who was on point with service and checking on needs. Food was delicious and definitely coming back with my staff. The potatoes are one of the best I’ve had. I would point out two things for constructive criticism. The togo 2oz for ketchup makes it look like it dont belong there. Some garnishing on the cookies. Early Morning Breakfast Adventures! Fantastic Mexican and American place two towns over called Vaca Brunch & Beyond!  This is their year-round decor, but I just realized today is Dia de los Muertos, so it’s perfect! Cheery young hostess recommended their Chilaquiles, so that’s what I had, with both red and green salsa over refried beans. So delicious and filling! Strong and intriguing coffee.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Mirta was great and super attentive! The food is amazing and authentic, the restaurant is beautiful but music a slightly loud. Overall I had an amazing experience here with my family!

Visited Vaca Brunch on a Saturday and got sat fairly quickly. They have both outdoor and indoor seating and the host/wait staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Tabla de queso to start and an array of drinks, including a Mazapán Frappe and a Strawberry Matcha — best start to our brunch! Our mains were the Pork Belly Benedict, Chile Relleno Benedict, the chilaquiles, breakfast sandwiches and the Fresas Con Crema French Toast. All meals came out quickly and everything was flavorful! My favorites were the Chile Relleno Benedict and the Bananas Foster Pancakes. We’re definitely coming back to try other items! Special shout out to our lovely server Saleen who took good care of us 🙂

Maria was our waitress and really made us feel at home. I brought my 4 month old and they were very accommodating with the stroller which put me at ease. The food was amazing and vibes were perfect for my girl date with friends. I ordered the brisket Benedict and we all got cafe de olla. Shared tiramisu waffle and it was to die for! First time here and we were not disappointed, our waiter Joan was awesome! He knew what to recommend, he knew how to explain the flavors, as a foodie this was greatly appreciated.
Out table got a good verity of dishes and all of them were from his recommendations and amazing, everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Definitely recommend.
