Pour Taproom Ellicottville is a slopeside interactive eating and drinking experience at the base of Holiday Valley Ski Resort! We have 30 self serve draft beer taps, as well as a full bar and full casual food menu. Guests pour their own draft drinks, and can warm up next to a fire while playing games before heading back out to the slopes!

The good: The self pour concept is cool and well done. The chicken wings were excellent and the stinger wrap was decent.
The bad: Half the food ordered did not come out hot and was barely warm. The worst offenders were the chili and the nachos. The nachos were just cold chips with cold nacho and shredded cheese. You can see the shredded cheese is not melted at all.

The buffalo chicken wrap was excellent! Just the right amount of food, and right across the street from the slopes! They have an outdoor rack to hang everything on. Good variety of beer on tap. This place can fill up quickly though, so plan accordingly.

Stopped in after skiing all day. It was warm and inviting, I loved sitting by the fireplace. The staff were very friendly. The self serve pour station was so cool and kept very clean. The food was amazing. I will definitely add this as a staple when I visit Holiday Valley.

Will be returning for the Beef on Weck! Loved this place when it was Slopeside Bar and they made it even better! Great stop for some great food, friendly service, and a wide selection of drinks. Highly recommend.

Stopped in after a 8hr drive from Ocean City Maryland. Best smash burger I’ve had and the wing dip worked so well with the burger (I wasn’t sure if it work). Kids got tenders and my wife got loaded nachos which she loved. A whole bunch of delicious beers on tap just waiting to be tried. Thankyou for great food and service!

This building has been unoccupied for a few years. It’s awesome to see someone finally takeover and move in. Great location, I’m sure they will do great business in the heat of golf / ski season. Friendly staff and the food was good.

We stopped into this new bar and restaurant in Ellicottville and loved it from the very first pour and first bite! The ambiance is just right — cool, comfortable, and inviting, with loads of games to play at their gorgeous wooden tables. The bar itself is a showstopper: wrapped in blonde wood with a stunning pine design burned right into it.
Our crew had such a great time that we came back the very next day to dive into more delicious food and sample more brews. Huge thanks to Matt and his team for the fantastic food, friendly service, and fun atmosphere. This place is an absolute must-stop if you’re in Ellicottville!
