From the moment we walked in, we knew this place was special. Tony, our greeter, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain the restaurant’s concept and walk us through the menu options. His enthusiasm really set the tone for the meal.
Our server, Dillion, provided outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.
We ordered the PB pizza and the ravioli sampler—both were absolutely delicious. Every bite was flavorful and beautifully prepared. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to take off a star for.

The food was soooo good, I’m so surprised there wasn’t a line out the door! My husband got the filet mignon and it was absolutely perfect. The drinks were great, the food was flavorful (but not super salty), and our servers were super friendly! Definitely taking our friends here next date night!

I have been holding out on reviewing this place since their menu was chocked full of personal favorites. I’ll start off with the atmosphere which is chill and relaxed. The dark, mood lit vibe is most welcoming. The music playing is on key to help you settle in for what’s next. The staff here are friendly, hospitable, and are glad you showed up. The food. It will satisfy any craving you could possibly have. Well seasoned, well cooked, well presented. Stop reading my review and make the trip. If you’re from out of town, make it a must on your visit.

Update!! We came back two more times before we left town (Thurs and Fri). Tried the cheesy, lasagna with a kick on Thursday night, and came back Friday for lunch to try the fired pizza. NOT disappointed! The staff made us feel like old friends. We got to talk with everyone again and Anthony is such a genuine person! Thank you for everything!!

Wednesday – We went for happy hour. My husband was so happy to see a porter and a stout on tap. We tried the 3 sauce ravioli on HH menu – came with marinara, Alfredo and pesto sauces. Very good.
I was still hungry so tried the lobster Mac and cheese. It was yummy!! Made with smoked gouda.
Our server, Karina was very attentive and sweet. She took good care of us and made good food suggestions. We got to chat with Anthony (one of the partners) for a bit. You can tell he loves what he does. Nice wine wall and choices!!
Going to return again before we head home to texas. Have to try that LASAGNA!!

PB is just the patio experience I was looking for tonight. My husband and I sat at the bar facing inside and JP was a great bartender along with Karina, and the other staff who checked on us and brought our food. We had the passion fruit mojito, mexican firing squad, tiramisu martini, house marg, and bubbly. They were all 10/10 drinks, no complaints. We had the burrata caprese and little t’s pizza. Both dishes were SO good!! The bread for the caprese was crunchy and soft, and the pizza was 10/10 experience all around

So I thought this was a new restaurant, like months old, but turns out it’s been around for a year! Anyway my husband and I decided to have lunch here on Sunday. I’m so glad we went!! I was impressed with how delicious the Italian food tasted. First off I found out that the pasta is imported from Italy, which is the best pasta you can have. The marinara sauce and sausage are made in house. Big win. So we ordered the Mediterranean Pizza, Lasagna, and the Lobster Mac n’ Cheese. We also ordered the Cannoli for dessert.

The pizza had a ton of flavor, but because of the artichoke on the pizza, it made for a flaccid bottom. That’s my only complaint.

The Lasagna. Mama Mia!! The flavor was so intense and cheesy that I almost started speaking Italian!! One of the best lasagnas I’ve ever tasted. Forget Olive Garden.

The Lobster Mac n’ Cheese OH MY GOODNESS!! There was a seafood party in my mouth!!! It was steaming hot – as isn’t good Mac n Cheese should be. The first spoonful was loaded with lobster flavor all the way to the last bite. My only complaint is that I wish the lobster pieces were more prominent and visible in the dish other than the tiny pieces. Other than that it was so delicious that I ordered another one to go.

The Cannoli…. now I know why “Fat Clemenza” said “Leave the gun. Take the cannoli”. Mama Mia it was filled with a lemon cream and blueberry sauce. What a genius combination!

The building itself looks like a giant warehouse from the outside. The inside is dark and moody with an industrial look and very clean. Our waiter Jake was very kind and efficient considering he was the only one waiting on tables. Which wasn’t bad seeing as it wasn’t very busy at the moment. However we did have to ask for our drinks which was included with our meals. My lasagna was supposed to come with garlic bread, but I never received it. So that’s a bit of a bummer because I really love garlic bread.

So if you’re in the mood for some Italian and don’t want to travel to San Diego or Italy, then yeah. Do yourself a favor and go to this place. Excellent food.

Fantastic experience at Pour Behavior. The kitchen is absolutely incredible, their fettuccine Alfredo beats out restaurants in San Diego. The service is also of the highest standard. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will be returning.
