We were here to enjoy the PCC. This is a convenient place to eat. It offers indoor and outdoor seating. I had a Mushroom Swiss Burger and my wife had the Hui Hui chicken. Both dishes were excellent, in fact delicious.
Lots of seating but it can get very busy with the large crowds here.

Although the pork sliders are on the appetizer menu, it is a lot of food. Fries are flavorful and crispy and the pork was slightly above average. But the coleslaw was bland. In summary, not quite worth the price. My server was super friendly but slow/mostly inattentive. The sweet hostess offered to set up a small fan since there were no indoor seats available. The atmosphere was nice.

We had a great meal. The surf and turf poke bowl was delicious. The shrimp were fresh and delicious. Large portions for the money. Great service!

The garlic shrimp lacked seasoning, were dry, and not crispy at all. The mac and cheese was absolutely tasteless, and the rice was served cold and overly dry.
It’s worth noting that I had the meal included with a day tour, which may explain the food quality; however, it’s still surprising for a restaurant setting.
On a positive note, the atmosphere and dining environment were enjoyable.

Pros: Located in the Market area of Polynesian Cultural Center, clean restrooms, and desserts like fresh baked cookies. Portions are large and food is tasty.
Cons: Extremely slow service (reservation at 5:30 pm food served at 6:30 pm). The outside seating area, tables are too close to each other especially when a table has 20 people seated plus six (all in one area). Sound travels from guest so a little loud in the outside enclosure.

The cheesesteak and Korean chicken were legit! Seriously the cheesesteak might be one of the better ones I’ve had. The braised short ribs were so tender. Korean chicken flavor was excellent. Pork sliders were OK. Could use a little more sauce on the side. Slaw is a dryer one, but not bad. Chicken strips were par for the course. Fries were pretty good, like a light batter on them. One waitress had a large area and it was a bit slow, but I’m finding that’s all of Hawaii.

Nice place to grab dinner every once in a while when visiting family on the North Shore. The staff is nice, but seem over-worked, and so even though none of them are standing around, service is kinda sparse. The food was good, but kinda expensive (to be expensive I suppose). They sell cookies (and slices if cake) at the front that are really good, so I’d recomend that on your way out (you don’t have to dine to buy the cookies). They seemed to struggle to ring up the cake though, as it took them like, 4 minutes to do it.

We stopped here for lunch during a day trip. Our tour guide had ordered lunch in advance. I opted for the garlic shrimps. They were fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the Mac&Cheese at all. The dish was served in a box with plastic cutlery, which I found a little disappointing. But that could also be because we stopped here on a tour. Otherwise, it was a large restaurant with very friendly staff and was okay.
