Food is AWESOME! Such good flavors, the garlic chicken and teriyaki chicken are my faves. Caden is SO kind; he literally checks on you and you can feel the genuineness in his approach. I so appreciate that. There is an outside area with a playground that makes this eating experience so much better, especially if you have kids. The Hawaiian sodas are good too. My favorite Pounders location!

This review is a little old however, I wanted to ensure I submitted it. My current visit was on 09 Jan 2026. I had a previous order that was not made correctly so a Manager assisted with a credit due to the experience. Fast-forward to 09 Jan 2026 and this visit for the review. I went in this time to speak with a manager so I can get everything properly. I spoke to Lauren C and she was OUTSTANDING! She was sympathetic to my previous issues and not argumentative or making excuses. She assured me she would take care of everything for my current order. She took the order personally and got it completed quickly to my exact request. The food was excellent (fresh and flavorful) as usual from Pounders. I really appreciated Lauren’s professionalism and attitude. I hope she is recognized for this experience. My family and I will return soon.

Friendly employees. The place is always clean they have plenty of bathrooms, lots of parking inside and outside seating and plenty of parking as well. I like how it’s kid friendly and has a playground. Also, they have order pickup parking super convenient.

A real treat. Worth the hour plus drive. Went based upon recommendations and was not disappointed. Not a large menu selection but that’s okay because what they do offer, they excel at. You place your order at the register. The cashier was a very pleasant young man who answered our questions since it was our first time. You get your receipt and sit at any available table. Both inside and outside seating available. In just a few minutes your order is delivered. That young lady was also pleasant and thanked us for coming. She asked if we needed anything else. The food was very fresh tasting and delicious. They even have delightful Hawaiian drinks in a can. The guava cake was absolutely the bomb! A must have! It stays steady busy with both diners and take out pick up orders. The atmosphere is very laid back. Classic rock at the proper volume played overhead. A TV screen plays photos of Hawaii. The walls have a map of the islands and other tropical decor. We will make the trip as often as possible.

Pounders is an excellent place to go if you want good food, with a nice atmosphere to chill with your friends and talk to your partners. Damien’s customer service was super easy to talk to and have a good conversation with while ordering. the food is great! If you need anything while eating Teagan is always so helpful and easy to approach! I highly recommend pounders.

Taste is fine. However paying for extra meat should indeed look like extra meat. This was supposed to be a three meat plate. Payed extra for double steak. Definitely disappointed.

Excellent food, amazing restaurant! Was genuinely impressed with the food and the flavor was off the chain! Outside play area for the kiddos was a plus and food trucks also available on site adds to the business! Would definitely recommend and will be back.
