The bagel was so fresh, with the. Cream cheese and bacon OMG so good ! Lot’s of goodies to choose from here. Adding them to my favorite’s.

Visited on a Saturday morning. Line was at the door when we walked in, but the wait wasnt long at all! The staff was friendly and super quick. We ordered a brownie, raspberry bismark, and an eclair. All three were wonderful and the prices were great! Highly recommended and will be back again soon.

Very welcoming atmosphere, great selection of pastries and donuts along with pies, and even has a sensory spot for kids!
The food choices are basically upgraded, much better versions of what you could get from a chain. Loved the sausage egg and cheese on jalapeno cheddar, and the lavender latte was interesting (not my personal favorite but wasn’t bad).
Not a lot of places to sit so it’s not ideal for meetups but it works with all of the open space.
Everyone is super awesome here!

Excellent Aerocano and Swiss roll! I’m so glad I tried this place. The Aerocano doesn’t need milk or cream! Such a smooth and tasty espresso treat The Swiss roll was amazingly delicious and perfectly made.

I love Potters! My coworkers and I discovered this place when we used to frequent Rochester for work, and although we rarely go in to town for work anymore we make the drive just for their sandwiches and treats. The staff is awesome, the food is delicious, and the prices are super reasonable. Truly a gem with so much to offer. Worth the stop in!

We love Potters House Bakery! We have been ordering cakes from them for the past two years for all our events. Their cakes are taste fantastic and always look wonderful! We get compliments on the cakes whenever we serve them and are sure to let them know they’re from potters. We love their bakery items too! Bagels and donuts are fresh, homemade, and amazing! Their maple rounds are some of the best in the area and everyone is so friendly. Also ordered a cake and they were very helpful with picking it out and making sure it was what I was looking for.

Got a little bit of everything here. Pastries and baked goods were amazing. I got the breakfast wrap and the jalapeño poppers bagel as well which were both really good. Small kids area is fun for little ones to keep them occupied while you order/ wait.

Potters is well known to be a popular spot for pastries and cakes. It was one of the first places I visited when I relocated to the area. Here are my thoughts:
1) The stars of the show are the bakery items. They are made fresh daily and are delicious. Get the pastries first thing in the morning when they’re fresh. The case may be empty in the afternoons and that’s expected.
2) The workers have an excellent system so even when the line is out the door, it moves quickly. Don’t be afraid to stand in line at Potters!
3) I dream about and crave their everything bagels. All of their bagels are amazing. Five stars for the bagels
4) The coffee is not good and I think it’s a bean choice. We’ve tried americanos, lattes and chai and we did not like any of the drinks. I personally cannot stand the flavor of their coffee.
5) The sandwiches are decent and I do occasionally grab one on the run
6) They do a ton of work with/ for the community and I really love that.
Overall a great place to grab pastries and bagels and we visit often.

Such a cute spot for breakfast or lunch? Grab your food to go or snag one of the 4 tables. They have free wifi if you decide to stay!
I grabbed a biscuit breakfast sandwich (delicious) while I got a little bit of work done. The place can get busy but they are so so quick.
