I don’t hand out five stars lightly, but Potelah knocked it out of the park today. I tried their potato “pizza” dish and a blended juice—man, it was hands-down the best lunch I’ve had in years.
From the get-go the portion size was generous: a perfect base of potato, topped just right (they nailed the balance of crispy skin, fluffy interior, and fresh toppings). Then the pizza-style twist added that wow factor—something different, memorable. The juice I paired with it was smooth, fresh, and hit that refreshing sweet spot perfectly.
What’s more:
The toppings and flavor combos lined up exactly like what other folks rave about: big baked potatoes loaded with toppings, really fresh, and generous.
The place is locally owned, which always adds a little intangible “good-vibes” bonus.
If you’re in the Cleveland area and you’ve got a hunger of epic proportions, swing by Potelah. Whether you’re in the mood for something familiar like a loaded potato or want to branch out into this potato-pizza territory, they’ve earned your time. I’ll be back—and soon.

Was very excited and craving baked potatoes. The fluffy potato was mixed with cheese, pepper, and salt, and then I added my toppings. Unfortunately they were out of bacon that day but I may come back to try when it’s available. I also had a freshly blended watermelon juice that was refreshing. Service was very fast. I did not evaluate air quality because I was there so quickly.

Everything was amazing, fast paced and hot, the service was amazing and wonderful. Everything tasted amazing I just got a classing bacon cheese baked potato! It’s Ana amazing place to try and the service was even better! The inside was very clean gloves were changed and I even noticed him whipping down his working station 3 times while just being there!

The potato bar options were great. We enjoyed bacon, cheddar and grilled chicken with garlic butter. The potatoes were very large and a good value for the price. The only criticism is that the potato skin was burnt on the outside and inedible, which is a shame because that’s the 2nd best part of a baked potato.

This past weekend Potelah offered their potatoes for $4.99 with your choice of protein for an additional $1 each. I had been wanting these for a long time and they did NOT disappoint!! They were amazing and huge in size. It was enough for me to take for lunch the next day at work.I went with the Turkey Sausage it was great and my friend got the Gyro potato. I wouldn’t plan on eating there because it’s too small of a space and doesn’t have a public restroom (I believe.. didn’t see one) I do however recommend checking them out for yourselves. You won’t be disappointed. They were so good we took the 30 minute drive twice this past weekend!

I had high hopes for this little spot. But sadly, the quality of the food fell short of my expectations.
When they say butter, they mean a butter sauce product. The kind that makes your baked potato taste like movie popcorn. If you’re into that, you’ll probably love it. But for me it tasted pretty gross. I prefer real butter on my baked potato.
Also, the toppings weren’t the best quality. The green onions I was served were pretty dried out. Like they had been cut awhile ago and left out.
The people there were very nice! But based on the food, I really can’t say I would recommend or go back 🙁

The price is just not worth what you get .
None of the potatoes come with meat you think it does when they ask you what kind of meat do you want . Then you get charged extra for the meat it was like $15 for one potato. The guy behind the counter was also extremely rude should not work in the service industry. Better off going to Wendy’s or anywhere else or just make it yourself

The food was great. I got both grilled and crispy chicken. The staff made us feel at home. We had a blast there and it’s really laid back. I enjoyed the juice too. We’ll be back for sure.
