I love the boba here and the people are so nice. But the food? Nahhh the chicken had uncooked parts (see pics) and I could t eat it. I also got a burger and it was dry and tasteless. The fries were ok. For the price I feel like it should have been a LOT Better! If I hadn’t bought take out, I would’ve sent the food back.

My boyfriend and I we t here for the first time today. I thought it was a very cute little place. There was only one person working the front of house which was fine for when we went, but I could see how they could easily get backed up if it was busier. I got a strawberry lemonade which was delicious and the strawntella crepe which was also yummy. My boyfriend got the messy smashed meal which he enjoyed. One of the walls inside is completely covered with sticky notes that customers wrote or drew on which I thought was a fun idea. It did take longer for me to get my crepe than it did for my boyfriend to get his food though which was a little disappointing, but the worker did explain that the crepe maker had to warm up and that’s why it took longer.

Highly recommended! Everything we’ve tried has been delicious and they have an awesome patio. The burgers are a really generous portion and their special sauce is amazing. We also had the chicken Shawarma, which was perfectly spiced and tender, and the wrap was toasted just right. And mmmmm the Dubai strawberries- If you’ve never had fresh strawberries covered in Nutella and pistachio you are missing out!

1 Star – A Complete Letdown: Unsanitary, Overpriced, and Overhyped
We visited Tutti Frutti Mix after seeing a viral food video from a popular foodie I follow online. The presentation in the video looked amazing—colorful treats, a fun atmosphere, and something seemingly perfect for a family outing. Sadly, what we experienced in person was the exact opposite.
Let me start by saying this: it’s not just overhyped—it’s outright unsanitary and disappointing.
The place was noticeably dirty from the moment we walked in. Tables weren’t wiped down, the floor was sticky, and the entire space felt neglected. The so-called “famous chocolate fountain” that is the main feature in so many social posts? Turned off. No signage, no explanation, and zero effort to make up for it.
Worse yet, basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. Employees were not wearing gloves, and one of the workers was handling money at the register, then immediately scooping ice cream with the same unwashed hands—literally touching the end of the spoons that go into your mouth. That alone was enough to make me question everything.
But it didn’t stop there—we actually found a hair in our food. That was the final straw. Not only was the food prep careless and unsanitary, but when we pointed it out, there was no apology or concern from the staff. Just an uncomfortable shrug and a blank stare.
The drink selection? Don’t be fooled. What they offer are just overpriced canned sodas you could buy at a corner store or vending machine for a fraction of the price. There’s absolutely no value in what they’re charging.
We spent over $100 for a family of four and left with a bad taste in our mouths—literally and figuratively. Nothing about the experience was worth the cost. The food was subpar, the service inattentive, and the cleanliness appalling.
Save your money and your stomach. This is a place that banks on social media hype but fails in every category that actually matters: quality, cleanliness, service, and value. We won’t be back—and I strongly recommend others think twice before wasting their time and money here.

My family and I had such a great time trying a variety of treats at Tutti Frutti Mix! We sampled the black sugar milk tea boba and mango boba with popping pearls—both were refreshing and full of flavor. The desserts were definitely the highlight: the Dubai chocolate strawberries were rich and indulgent, and all three crepes (cheesecake, fudge cake, and strawtella) were absolutely delicious. Each one had the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, and they were beautifully presented too. Tutti Frutti Mix is a dessert lover’s dream—we’ll definitely be back to try more!

As a crepe enthusiast, I can’t recommend Tootie Fruity enough! Their crepes are top-tier, easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors are incredible, and the desserts are spot on. Moe was great and made the experience even better – there aren’t many in the business like him anymore. I left extremely satisfied and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for quality crepes, this is the place to go!

I was super disappointed with my experience after seeing so many good reviews. First, I dont expect to be served food on paper plates when dining in. Second problem was I ordered cheese fries but asked for cheese sauce on the side. They brought me a cup of literally cold cheese sauce. Cold and clumpy. When I asked them to heat the sauce I was told they couldn’t heat it. Wow!
Edit after response: I didnt expect “fancy”, just edible. Defending serving cold cheese sauce is crazy. Could have just said it wasn’t available and not charge me for it or refund it. AND we absolutely did not eat most of it. What’s left in pictures all went in trash and you know that, you watches us throw it out.

I was looking for a new place to try that had something for everyone in my household. I looked at the menu and thought this would be a great place to try. We went inside and immediately were greeted by the nicest people. We had multiple items on the menu. Little did we know that they have possibly the best boba tea’s I’ve ever tasted. Their beef and chicken shawarma is by far the best we’d ever had also. We have gone back just for chicken shawarma and bubble tea alone many times. If you’re looking for a surprise to your taste buds this is the place! You won’t regret it.
