First of let me say Chebba hut is a strong favorite for hot sandwich shops but Potbelly put up a great fight and earned solid number 2 in my book. The food is affordable compare to some shops like firehouse or Quiznos. The ingredients were also quality. I got the steakhouse beef. The blue cheese crumble was nice and chunky. Great tasting for sure. I added hot peppers pickles onions and seasoning and it taste very similar to a Chicago juicy beef hoagie. While I didn’t need the soup because the regular size sandwich was plenty of food I got it just to try. Thats the only thing that’s got them 14/15 stars with me. The soup was nothing special but acceptable in taste. It was however cold and could use some seasoning up a bit (which is likely not in control at the store level so i understand). They did just open so I get that the soup hasn’t got warmed yet but I think I was expecting fresh made soups but I don’t think I read that anywhere just assumed. And also attention to detail in every order is a must for any time I have worked food service so if the cup wasn’t hot to me it wasn’t hot to you when you handed it over so you should have said give me 5mins and let me make sure it’s hot enough. Other than that, the staff was friendly and prompt while still doing morning opening procedures and such. This place is worth trying if you like sandwiches and they even have a Pb and J which most don’t so I might be back to try that soon. Side note: they also have shakes that appear to be handmade (see pic for in store menu).

UPDATE: Josh, manager at this location, went above and beyond. Simply stellar response and customer service. Refunded my previous order AND offered me a complimentary follow-up order to get it right. He just won himself a regular, loyal customer and I encourage all in the DTC area to put Potbelly into your regular lunch rotation!
Very good food quality, but disappointed they got my order wrong when I ordered a chili mac bowl through the app and got plain chili instead (which was solid, but still). Hoping management will help remedy this in a future order.

I ordered the Italian, thin cut on white bread with provolone, hot peppers , Garlic Garlic Salt seedy onions, lettuce, oil, Italian seasoning and the horseradish aioli. It was super yummy ! I really liked the horseradish sauce on there. The Mac and cheese was VERY bland. It just tasted like overpowering packaged noodles. I don’t recommend the mac and cheese. The red velvet cookie was super yummy though! I’d definitely order from here again in the future.

REALLY not worth the price, the size “big” is so tiny I thought it was the wrong order. 25$ for a really small sandwich with a drink and chips is crazy. The taste was pretty bland as well which doesn’t help.

Ordered one of their new meatball subs (they have 3 new ones, I got the Sicilian) Soooo good! Really good size and flavor… Probably one of my favorite meatball subs. Ordered on the app and it was there ready for me 5 minutes later. They have a fountain machine but only sell bottled soda on the app so if you want a fountain drink order it there vs the app

Pretty good potbelly’s overall. Would recommend trying if you havent already.
Very convenient location for lunch for those in the DTC. Competitive prices for everything else around. The building is also brand new and they are well staffed so food is made quickly and efficiently and they keep the place very clean. Workers would even come around to check in on how you’re doing which is a big plus for customer service. Good food too, I got the wreck sandwich with an oreo shake and overall I would say it was decent. I’ve been to other potbelly’s before and didnt know they had soups and salads. My office catered some of those and we were impressed and hope that we can cater sandwiches in the future.
Huge lunch rush during the work week though, surprisingly the people there are able to keep up with everything with smiling faces, so I’m very impressed with the staff!

Staff was nice and the sandwiches were pretty decent in size but oddly enough both mine and my boyfriend’s sandwich had different flavors and toppings on each half. Super weird one side of the sandwich would be dressed properly and topped right but the other side tasted different was incredibly dry for the both of us. Still would return tho just be wary of both sides of the sandwich

Had a half sandwich and salad. Both were really good. Cashier an I had trouble understanding each other because of the mask and glass between us, but these are the times we live in right now. He was very patient, and courteous.
