Love this place! The sandwiches are always fresh, loaded with flavor, and made just the way you want them. The bread is great, the ingredients taste high quality, and the portions are solid. First time here, I had ordered an Italian sub which was delicious. I also had a chicken pot pie, which was my favorite item here. The decor and set up in this place is unique. Clean restrooms. Good spot after the gym, or coffee shop vibing next door.

Huge shoutout to the morning crew at Potbelly Sandwich Works in Sienna—the energy is amazing and you’re greeted with the warmest hello the moment you walk in the door. Smiles all around, and Jen was especially bringing the positive vibes, lifting the whole team and setting the tone for a great visit.

Well I used their pick up service through the app. Which was great until I unwrapped the sandwich. The sandwich was so burnt to the point that my boyfriend only took one bite. Very disappointed.

SOOO glad that there’s Potbelly near Sienna. Just went in today –March 7th– and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The sandwiches were very tasty and prepared quickly. I highly recommend this location.

This was my first trying this establishment, and it will definitely be the last. The customer service was mediocre at best. The atmosphere provided was in no way friendly or welcoming. The young lady who made my sandwich very cleary did not want to be there, and that was shown in the service that she provided and the way that she prepared mine and my friend’s sandwich. The sandwhiches were thrown together and I ordered an avo turkey and she left off the avacado and cucumbers, half of the toppings, that actually came on the sandwich in addition to providing terrible customer service. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

I ordered the original tuna and cheese, broccoli soup and my daughter had a kids grilled cheese. I didn’t know they automatically put sandwiches in the toaster, ya’ll should really ask customers if they want their sandwich toasted or not!! I hate toasted tuna but I gave it a try so I took 3 bites and threw the rest away. I ended up eating my daughters’ grilled cheese because she didn’t like it due to it looking like they smashed it. The soup is $4.99/cup! He gave me a quarter of a cup as shown in the pic and it was dripping off the sides so I thought it was full until I opened the lid! It had a little bit of a burnt taste to it. I also ordered the Oreo shake, the girl who made our sandwich called it out to someone. They never made it, we didn’t get charged for it and we didn’t realize it until we were almost done. I should’ve just gone to my usual, Jersey Mikes but no I wanted to try something new! Purely disappointed and will not be back. Thank you, Next!
