Had great experience at this location. The employees made me feel very comfortable and welcome. My order was accurate, on time, and flavorful. The restaurant was very clean and the employees seem to care about the service they provided. I will be returning to this location soon. I hope any future visits to the location are as good as my experience was tonight. Also the patio looks like a nice spot to eat when it stops snowing and the weather gets warmer.

I come to this Potbelly often and this experience wasn’t the best at all. Soon as I walked in the two workers looked irritated didn’t speak or anything, I understand they had one person before me and was working on a larger order I know how it goes my Wife use to manage this location. When it was my turn to order Maddy asked what I would like to order I told her and she just walked away didn’t say hold on or anything went to start working on another order then came back a few minutes later to finish taking my order and I asked for something to be added to my two orders she said it in a snappy way you can do that at the next station I said I understand. Then I get to the next station I meet Shaniya I believe is how you spell it she was quiet and looked very irritated definitely soon as two more women walked in after me. After I got my toppings and went to cash out I tried ask her about the energy in the store you guy’s seem a little down they didn’t seem like either of them wanted to be at work today. It was so much bad energy that I forgot to scan my barcode for my perks because I was just trying to get out the store. Overall it could’ve been better!!!!!

2/14/24 – Napkin Score 5/5 – Everything was excellent! I missed the picture of my sandwich because I devoured it upon sitting down! I NEVER eat my entire sandwich. Normally, I would save at least half for the following day – not this time. It was impossible. Super toasty and super good. I’m a fan! Excellent customer service from Lilli, Abby, and John! I purposely didn’t scan my rewards app just to “see” what would happen when I mentioned my error after I finished my meal. Thanks to John for assisting me with making my meal “count”!

The lady with the arm cast was very rude. This is actually my 2nd time coming into this restaurant and her unpleasant energy was felt. She may be a better fit for a BOH and NOT the FOH position. Very unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location!

Me and my wife decided to try something new. The first time there and we were highly impressed. With good service and experience. The two ladies on staff answered all our questions and made really good food. Will definitely return and try new menu items.

I have been there twice in the last few months, the same man was working, I just wanted soup, and he made me wait for ever , ignoring me and I was the only one in the restaurant, and he was just sitting srolling through his phone. He knew I was there because we made eye contact. When he finally decided to assist me he acted as if I was bothering him. I only ordered a soup and he slid it to me. I asked for it to be put in a bag and he rolled his eyes and handed me a bag, which I had to bag it myself. What happened to service in the service industry?

Get rid of online orders! It was me and 4 other people in the whole store, didnt even get a look. just rifled through online orders while the actual customers who arent lazy come in for there food. customers in the store should always come first!

Potbelly’s is certainly one of my favorite sandwich spots. On my numerous visits they’ve prepared toasty flatbreads and dainty soups. The cookie added on top of their milkshakes are sweet great touch. The interior design is unique and full of eye catching items. Great place for lunch!

This is a fast food submarine sandwich shop very similar to Subway. You order at the counter and then can sit inside or take your food to go. They have a wrap around outdoor patio too. The food is ok and the prices are competitive. The restaurant could have been cleaner. We looked at several tables before we found one that was wiped off so we could sit at it. The staff is friendly.

Came in around 11a. Pretty busy to say the least. Food took a while to prepare but was good, presentation wasn’t the best. Staff was very inattentive & rude. I’ve been to several Potbelly locations this is certainly my least favorite.
