Stopped in this new spot to try their sandwiches, wow! Very clean and extremely friendly staff. Everyone is welcoming as soon as you walk in. The sandwiches are comparable to Subway IMO but pretty good Try them if you get the chance!

There are many great sandwich places around offering the same prices, or even lower, with much better quality than this store. My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.
The place felt dirty, and the staff was rude. We ordered an avocado chicken wrap, but it was served with only chicken and lettuce, with no avocado at all.
We also ordered a sandwich on multigrain bread, but the employee preparing it seemed not to understand the order and simply made whatever he wanted instead.
I have lived in the United States for four years while completing my master’s degree, which has been entirely in English, so l am confident in my ability to communicate clearly. Despite this, the employee treated me rudely from the beginning and ignored my request.
If you are Latino like me, this may not be a place where you will feel comfortable or welcomed.

First time ever experiencing a Potbelly and definitely won’t be the last. Had the best customer service! Dee made my sandwich and helped me with all my questions. Mysael had an amazing personality which made us smile and Faith was super kind while taking our order and checking on us during our meal to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone was such a delight that it made it more than just a sandwich, it made it an experience. This will definitely be a spot I’m going to revisit again and again. Highly recommend!

i just ordered first sandwich from this location I’ve eaten at another one before. I decided to use my coins for the big sandwich. It had less meat then regular one from other location. I’ve included a pic of half the sandwich since i was sitting out with someone. i don’t recommend this location

Located right near the airport MCO. Excellent little sandwich shop. Friendly staff, clean environment. Tried the “A Wreck” and my wife had the “Mama’s Meatball” both were worth getting a second time. Grabbed an oreo milk shake as well and it didn’t disappoint.

We stopped here after a long day of travel & needed some healthy sandwiches for us and our kids after getting off a flight and checking in at our hotel before going to bed. The shop was clean & spacious to sit, the staff Bob and Dwinelys greeted us immediately with a smile & not only took our order but helped us customize with free add ons like pickles and mustard. They were kind, prompt, and really went the extra mile when we came in exhausted. The sandwiches were packed full of protein (warm chicken), fresh crisp veggies & flavor – the right macros we needed in our health, and the whole experience left us feeling so good that I don’t normally write reviews but had to come on here and say just how much we enjoyed Bob and Dwinelys – they actually made our night. Def a great sandwich, salad, and wrap place for the whole family (our kids loved the mac and cheese and grilled cheese on the kids menu). And kids eat free with adult purchase Friday night-Sunday! This place was a true experience!

So excited to have Potbelly Sandwich Shop finally open near me. It’s been something I’ve really missed since moving to Orlando, and being able to go again feels like a little piece of home. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. The cookies are fresh baked daily and absolutely amazing, the sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the chili mac and cheese is a must-try. I’m genuinely very happy to have this location so close and look forward to coming here often.

Love the quality and taste of the sandwiches…when they actually make it correctly. The past 3 times i’ve placed online orders, there is something missing from at least one of my items. And unfortunately the app has no way of amending this so I have to complain here. I also never have missing ingredients at the Colonial location, but that one is much further from me. I ordered once in person and the assembly line order is not only confusing for me but it seems for the employees too. I like to be able to see how much toppings are being put on my sandwich instead of awkwardly trying to talk over a wall. So this is why I resort to using the app, but i suppose the price i pay for that is missing cheese and peppers.
