Ordered at 7:13 pm for an online pickup at 7:34 pm. Arrived at 7:29pm. There was a little bit of a line. They (Assumed was the manager) asked us three times for our name went back to making sandwiches. Still here at 8:10 pm and still waiting for our order. At 8:10pm asked us to come to the line to make our order. Left at 8:18pm.
I understand being busy but this was a slow experience. This was our third time and might be our last.

I had an amazing experience at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. I accidentally walked in before they officially opened because I didn’t read the sign and was heading to the nail shop next door for an appointment. One of the owners noticed and kindly came over, took my order, and even brought my food to me before opening for the day.
That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. I know they don’t normally do that, which made the gesture even more meaningful. Very accommodating, friendly, and customer-focused. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

The interior is set up nicely. Unfortunately there are only 5 tables in the place. To say the least the seating is limited. No outside seats so I was forced to eat in my car. The bread is good. This is the only good thing about the sandwich. Very poor ingredients for a very expensive sub. Had a turkey Swiss, wanted to add bacon. This was much easier said than done. They couldnt get it figured out and ended up cooking the bacon separately which resulted in it being burnt. The quality of the turkey was that of hospital cafeteria food. Lettuce was straight iceberg. How about using greenleaf if you are going to charge almost 20 bucks for a regular sub and a shake. Didn’t want peppers but some how they were on there. It made the sandwich spicy and covered the bad taste of the crap turkey. Manager was working the sub line and was well aware of the failures of his team. He never apologized for the mistakes and had an air of caring less. Go to tega cay deli instead. They have much better food quality and the prices are much better. Also they have seating. I cant recommend this place and will not be returning. Absolutely terrible experience. Also the manager needs to take a customer class.
