Today, I ordered in store to avoid the wait and wrong item. I ordered Avo turkey, which should come with cucumber and avocado by default, I asked for tomato, lettuce, and mayo and Italian seasoning. Instead of the correct item, I got no cucumbers but pickles, extra onion that I didn’t asked. (The second photo)
How can I get the correct ordered item from potbelly? Please advise.
It’s not the biggest sandwich visually, but it is filled pretty well between the two buns. I also noticed this in the other sandwich I got from this location – the Wreck
The chicken is really good. While I wish there were slightly more pieces, I thought it was pretty juicy and cooked very nicely. Also liked the bacon as well – pretty crunchy with good flavor
There was a lot of cheddar – and it was also melted quite nicely into the sandwich.
The bread was good – although definitely on the harder side. I wish it was a bit softer on the outside, but it’s not bad
I got some toppings on mine – mayo, mustard, onions, and lettuce. I had tried the hot peppers before, and they were actually spicy – which was really good but it didn’t really let me enjoy the sandwich as much as I wanted to. So, this time, I opted for a less-dry version with more sauce, and it was definitely better. the one thing I would say is there was a bit too much lettuce compared to the other options
For the price of around 11, this is quite good. It’s not super calorific, it’s filling, and it’s pretty healthy for a lunch
This is a lot better than Subway or some of the other places you might find around here
Overall, a pretty solid, but not spectacular, healthy sandwich. 8/10
They seem rushed lately with online orders so they have poor pass offs and communication and assume we know who has who’s sandwich in front of them. And seems some of the staff are working sick or distracted with texts on thier wrist watch worn while making food. Thats an unhygienic practice – especially at this time when everyone is sick. I have suspect they dont have proper training or practices.
$25 seems high for a sandwich even at biggest size if this is how they operate. What percent of margin goes to employee’s? Is it so small that well trained workers are hard to keep? Or does management have poor practices with how they communicate? I wont eat there again and will prob seek refund for my dirty sandwich.
The staff is really friendly and the establishment is always clean.
I’ve been about 6 times in two months. If you make an account online, you get a free sub after your first order, they also have occasional perks.
I highly recommend the hot peppers, they’re actually hot.
What’s worse -adding to this review is their response!!!! Let’s make it right, fill in this form and what happens ZERO response – bad & pathetic management!
This is NOT a good place to order any kind of group meals. If you do, order as if they will be well behind because they ALWAYS are. There is zero point to the order ahead feature.
I will not be using this place for my work any more if I have literally any other option available to me.
