We normally love the food from Potbelly, but this location is not it. We got 2 salads and we could not eat half the salad as half the lettuce was old. So disappointed. The forum location and Broadway are not like this.

First time here. The ordering was simple & easy. The guy working there explained how ordering works and was very friendly. I chose the chicken sandwich (photo). It was delicious but also reminded me of Subway sandwich.

We love Potbelly but not this location. My daughter and I go to Potbelly on Broadway every Monday but This particular week we weren’t able to so we decided to stop in at the Stone Oak location since it’s closer to our home. Once we walked in you could feel the tension and awkwardness from the employees. No “hi welcome” like Broadway location. No nothing! We stood there as they said nothing and watched us wait to order. Finally a guy came and asked what we wanted and even specifically telling him our order as we stood there he still got our sandwiches wrong.. I ordered the Avo turkey and had no avocado my daughter ordered 2 cheeses and only had 1 type of cheese. Oh well, we let it go. Then we came to the little girl putting on toppings very rude no smile literally looked at us like “hurry up and what do you want” super quiet sad restaurant. We wanted to walk out but our sandwiches were already made. We love the food but service and atmosphere is not good at all! We will continue to drive down to our broadway location where everyone is so nice welcoming and friendly!

The sandwich was extremely underwhelming. The ordering process was super odd. I don’t like that the customer can’t see the toppings. The place felt dirty. My tray was super greasy. I spent $34.00 for 2 sandwiches, chips, and 2 drinks.
Needless to say I will not be returning. I’m also over every place asking for a tip. Here’s a tip..If you have to stand in line to order and nobody brings you your food, you should be ashamed to ask for a tip. If you’re craving a sandwich, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Disappointed. Haven’t had a sandwich from here in a while and was craving one. Wouldn’t do it again. Ordered the Italian and it delivered as bread, cheese and salami. Guess rest of the sandwich was left at the store… Can’t blame the Doordasher, blame the store.
