Justine is so wonderful, she always has the biggest smile and gives wonderful customer service. The food was great and the shop itself was clean and well run. Unfortunately, the experience was noticeably impacted by one employee, Ben, who had a very unwelcoming attitude. Everything else about the sandwich shop was solid, but customer service matters, and that attitude took away from what should’ve been a great visit. Hopefully this is addressed because the food and overall concept are otherwise excellent.

I’m just leaving this new location in bmt, food is very good I got the cubano sandwiche and the loaded baked potato. My only down was that customer service is never there . I was greeted once I walked in , but the sandwich maker was very condescending and not helping kept going back-and-forth to the menu to look for the toppings because I wasn’t aware that they were literally right above the counter and she was like it’s literally right above my head and I was like ma’am I wasn’t aware of that also, once I received my soup, I was given no utensils and once I completed my order, neither was I given a Cup with my transaction was over it was as though they didn’t really wanna be bothered with me and it was my first time coming there so I just wanted to say that they should still treat everyone as their new customer like this is still a new business and to come off as oh well it’s right here and all the customers usually do this. I was like I’ve never been here before so how would I know what is to be done But yeah customer service 0.5
