Every time I go into this location I leave stuffed. I absolutely love the wreck with bacon, avocado, mayo, mustard, lettuce and extra peppers. It’s always delicious. They also have the best broccoli cheddar cheese soup. Always hot and tasty.
Only reason I gave 4 stars on service is because the woman adding toppings to my sandwich got upset when she said my order back and I corrected her about wanting avocado like I stated..she then proceeded to argue with me saying I didn’t say avocado. I was with my mom and she said I did say add avocado.
At this point a line is starting to form behind us. The woman who works the bread area who takes the initial order (who was so nice) asked twice if she could help her with orders but she refused her help.
I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but the gentleman at the cash register made up for it with his bubbly personality and politeness.
This place offers outdoor seating with umbrellas. Place and tables were clean. Overall this place has such great sandwiches I recommend people give this place a try instead of jersey mikes or subway. Taste and quality is way better than other places.
They also have their hot pepper in a jar for individual sale as well. People really do love them. Sooo good!

Not only did they get by “BIG” prime rib steak order wrong (didn’t put tomatoes or caramelized onions, and put raw onions instead), but the quantity of the meat was to laugh about and also chewy.

Eat from a different location every Tuesday that is always amazing. Stopped here today and it’s filthy. There is food on and under all the tables. They don’t have roast beef. Service was lacking. Made a mistake coming to this location. Won’t be returning.

Everyone was so kind, especially Raymond and Dulce. They went above and beyond, making sure my first visit was memorable. I made a custom Mediterranean sandwich with flat bread, and no chicken … and they removed 80 cents! They surprisingly had spring mix and did not up charge. Adding a good portion of avocado was 2.29, and it was delicious and fresh. That’s all I can ask for! The Vitamin Water hit the spot. With tip it was about $20.
The restaurant is well designed and family friendly.

If you’re a first timer here and can stand some heat on your sandwich, try their peppers! If you end up liking them you can buy a jar. (They’re great)
Place has been around for awhile – and I’m glad it has been. To keep it simple, they have good sandwiches. Their quality has been consistent and their recipes unique. My wife enjoys the fact you can get the sandwiches thin cut and add extra peppers.

I placed my order through the app for pickup but when made the location someone had took it. The lady at the cashier looked for my ticket but I guess she couldn’t printed it so write on paper my order for remake. I really appreciate how diligent she was though my sandwich was a MESS! I didn’t want onions, they added onions. I payed for avocado, the was NOT avocado in my sandwich!
It is a shame we cannot trust in the people that go to pickup food but you all need to figured out how to fix it; maybe put behind cashier the to go orders. I was really looking to enjoy my lunch and it was an unpleasant moment.

I came here for lunch. Honestly I’m disappointed that I had to wait so long for my food. The employees looked very frustrated. You can tell they weren’t having a good day at all. The manager, I think her name was Lauren, had a poor attitude when it came to dealing with customer requests and was rude and dismissive to people with online orders, who waited at least 30 minutes to get their order. During the time there were only two customers in line.
It seems the employees are more interested in talking to each-other than doing their jobs and the manager seems to allow it.
The store is was dirty. Floors were sticky, tables not wiped down.
I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you want a good quick experience.
I’ve given this location multiple chances just in case it was an off day. Unfortunately it seems to be every day I go in.
I’ll never come back to this location. I’ll gladly use the extra mile in gas to go to the location on Kirby.
