Sandwich was ok it was dry it was supposed to have garlic aioli and I didn’t taste it or see it artichokes were left off the sandwich when I had it chosen as a item on my sandwich and the bread is not a soft white mouth feel I didn’t like it. Restaurant was dirty there were boxes next to restrooms. I asked someone a question but he acted as if he was so busy he couldn’t answer me. I Will would not recommend

So I give them a 3 star not because they where bad everyone was great but lunch for 2 should not cost $35 for two sandwiches two medium drinks and 2 bags of chips. And a cookie. While I know the wonderfully people that served us made likely minimum wage at best.

I was doing a doordash at the penn location. I needed to use the restroom as I’m delivering for them. I approached the counter informed the gentlemen I am a dasher here for a delivery and asked could I have the code to use your restroom. He said paying customers only. I said I’m a dasher its paid for. He replied they don’t allow dashers to use the restroom. I unassigned the delivery and left. I will never eat here or deliver for this company again. I encourage others not to as well.

I have heard so much about Potbellys over the years, but don’t live close enough to ever be on my radar. On a laid back Saturday, I got my change.
I am a vegetarian, so I went to try a sandwich and and a couple of soups… service was a bit slow, they seemed to be a bit understaffed but handled it like champs with a smile.
I ordered a “slim sandwich and a cup of soup” veggie melt and 2 soups (broccoli and cheddar and potato soup) I added a the extra soup for review purposes…
About the food….. the Veggie Melt was a very tasty toasted sandwich and is worth me trying it again. Next time I will order a bigger sandwich…. the sandwich was good but the soups were not my fav…. the menu did not claim the soups were vegetarian, I made an error and asked the employee rather and looking up the ingredients. However the potatoes soup very fine pieces of meat in it so I could not eat it. The Broccoli and Cheddar has a consistency of a very Thick soup not quite creamy. It was very hot but the consistency reminded me of when cooled cream of chicken soup, just a little bit to thick for my liking.
when you become a vegetarian your palate is sensitive to preservative flavors and the smallest amounts of meat which are not uncommon ingredients at national chain restaurant (IFYKYK).
I would return for the sandwich and the employees.

We eat here all the time. Came in for the sandwich special on Nov 3 and was told it’s online ordering only. No where on the email I got for the “bogo” deal does it state that. The email stated, “hurry in today only for your bogo deal!” We paid full price and no manager in sight to discuss. Put better disclosures in your ads, it’s disappointing to say the least.

First time here and it was a good deal overall experience. The sandwiches and soups we both tried were all very good! We showed up right before the lunch rush and it was crazy how long the line got so quickly! We will definitely return and keep trying different things! If you haven’t given them a try I highly recommended it!

We ordered delivery and the last few times it we’d place the order and it would order it and THEN say pick-up.
And the last time I let the drive thru attendant know about the pick-up vs. drive thru issue he wouldn’t let his manager know but said “oh man, that’s really a corporate issue not our issue.”
This time it also removed all the toppings from one sandwich. When we tried to call to get it replaced we would have had to leave the other sandwich for 20-30 minutes, to sit and get soggy while the other one was being picked up, but they kept insisting they’d only replace one sandwich.
I hope losing customers was worth the cost of replacing one sandwich .

Not bad at all. Co worker suggested I try. I did very so much enjoy. Salad was super fresh. Sandwich was good. Loved, loved, loved the bread my sandwich came on. Will be returning to try something new.
