Got it delivered for a work luncheon. Bread was very hard And crumbly. I got the Italian. Wasn’t anything to write home about. First time eating here and will definitely be my last. Very overpriced and the sandwich seemed old and dried out. My coworker got the same thing and they put cucumber on his. Unprompted. Like on an Italian? The consensus from most were that this would be our first and last time eating here.

The manager Matthew is one of the nicest people ever! It’s been great to build a genuine connection over time when I travel back home for the holidays. I was waiting for my order when I asked to use the restorative which was locked. The guy told me to wait because he needed to walk over and let me in. I waited 10 mins or so. Finally he came over and he put a code to let me in I understood because it was sort of busy. But this is what I don’t understand. After using the restroom I was still waiting for my order. A minute later a white man goes to the restroom. They verbally gave him the code so he can left himself in and he waited just 15 seconds. I will never go back to a business that treats people differently.

I ordered from here for the first time today and it was really great! I placed my order online for pickup and it was ready when I walked over. The guys working greeted everyone when they came in the door and seemed to enjoying their jobs. The food hit the spot on a winter day, hot soup and sandwich!

1st time visit to a Potbellys. The Wreck sandwich was good, along with the Chicken Pot Pie soup. The wife had the Italian, and she said it was good also. Service was good. They were busy with walk-in like myself and wife, on top of the pick-up orders, which seem to never stop. Would definitely recommend this to others.

stopped in for a sandwich and then went back for another one for my gf, everything was great. new prime rib steak sandwich was pretty good. everyone there was fantastic, had a great conversation with a few of the people behind the counter. I rarely leave reviews but it was worth mentioning .

I was on the Plaza feeling a bit famished. Sans the normal disposable income I need something cheap but delicious. I walked in and was hard pressed to get help. The employee emptying the trash receptacle did not address me as I walked in and looked around. It was almost 3 full minutes before I was asked if I was ready to order.
The sandwich was not good and the salad was disappointing ! To wrap up my review the food and service was substantially bad. I give it 2 stars because the interior was very clean, spacious, and well lit.
