I love Potbelly, but this location has made my sandwich incorrectly the last 3 times I’ve ordered. My order is the same every time; ham, everything but tomato and pickle. Today I also received no mustard and no hot peppers. There is arbitrarily something missing every time. It’s disappointing to get all the way home and realize you have a lackluster sandwich.

I used to love getting their Turkey sandwich from there until I dined in and looked at their Turkey. It is literally sitting in half water. She said it was Turkey juice. The Turkey was so slimy. I will not be going back here

I used drive-thru and ordered a wreck with everything , no peppers. I drove 15 miles to my house and took a bite of my sandwich and a mouthful of habanero peppers. OK, no big deal .. I called and asked what time I can stop by tomorrow for a refund. I still have the receipt AND the sandwhich. girl on the phone said I had to drive in there that night or I couldn’t get a refund?? she said something about the register being closed for the day ? none of that excuse made sense. I don’t want a replacement sandwich or voucher when you couldn’t make something so simple right the first time. I have a receipt and I’m pretty sure that violates consumer protection laws . it’s always sticky and messy in there anyway, maybe a few fruit flies in the tea dispenser. a ghost town six days out of the week.

The man who made my sandwich today was so very slow at putting it together. But let me tell you he put his heart and soul into that sandwich. It was so well put together. He didn’t act like the subway reps as If the ingredients were coming out of his pocket. That sandwich was the best I had in awhile. Thank you sloth. Your dedication gave me a very happy belly. I shall be back.

I tried the Turkey club and it was fantastic. Felt brave, and got Zapp’s Hotter ‘n Hot jalepeno chips to go with it. Sandwich was superb. Loved the chips but I went through 2 bottles of water finishing them

They offer the option of serving their sandwiches cold but then ignore the order and toast anyways. Constant issue.
They made me run my cc 3x due to an employee error. My avo turkey came complete with large rock hard avocado stem piece that luckily did not crack my teeth. I reported it but it was excused away with no surprise or concern. Frustrations are expected but hazardous food materials are not. I’m done.

This is one of my favorite Potbelly locations! The General manager treated us with such respect and kindness, her name tag said Keegan! I went with my grandparents that were struggling to order, she went to take our order at the table and had no problem explaining the menu to them, this was soo appreciated! I love this location and the staff are all so sweet and food was delicious!! HIGHLY recommend

We had a school fundraiser in the area, purchase potbelly and 25% of proceeds should go back to the school. However, I ordered online and was told there is no way to count it toward the fundraiser when ordered online. I had no way to cancel the order online and was told they had no way to cancel or adjust the order online their end. I would never have gone to potbelly tonight, had it not been for the fundraiser. Now, I will never give them business again and will advise the school to choose another restaurants to support for future fundraisers. What horrible customer service.

I come here about once a month, if not every other month, and every time I’ve been here it’s always been phenomenal. The food is good, obviously fresh, but what makes the place is the staff. Every single time I’ve been here I have had a different crew helping me, and every single time the crew is such a vibe; always friendly, always outwardly happy, and just cool people. Doesn’t matter if it’s instore or drive threw, they’re quick and the whole experience is absolutely worth coming back every time.

It’s better than Subway, no doubt. They have different options of bread and sizes. They serve toasty subs. They have different options of sauces and veggies. The meats are good quality. I recommend the original Italian.
