I had heard so much about this place from my work people but I’ll be honest it wasn’t all that great. The staff was great, I ordered the big Italian and chilli mac. It was $20 and I got a cup of the chilli mac instead of what I paid $5 for which was the bowl. And for $14 the sandwich was barely okay. I’ll got McAlister’s deli every time before here.

Excellent service! Very fast and good food! Their Mac and cheese was warm and perfect! Plus I asked them to draw a pikachu and they did! It looks amazing!

I came in last week 10/4/25 at 1:48pm with my girlfriend and Desi & Kimberly helped me and their customer service was amazing! Desi made my sandwich soooooo good and she had a bubbly personality great for food service! Kimberly helped me at the register and she explained the rewards program to me which was helpful! I tried to tell the Hispanic woman manager on shift about my wonderful experience but she seemed to ignore me as if she didn’t want to hear about her wonderful staff and had a stale demeanor but I ensured she received the great compliment because without employees there is no successful company. Desi and Kimberly made my experience wonderful! Management should be a little more friendly.

While on vacation, my family crossed the parking lot from our hotel to grab dinner here. Neat environment and friendly staff. The food wasn’t anything spectacular but it was good. I was less than impressed by the topping choices for the sandwiches. For the most part we were satisfied. Would recommend for a quick bite to eat.

I’m a pretty big fan of Potbelly’s chicken pot pie soup. Other Potbelly’s I go to have it where the soup is a nice thicker consistency. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location of their soup and im disappointed. You can tell they water the soup down and then add more salt to make the soup stretch longer. I am not a fan of the watery consistency of this soup thats usually rich in flavor and consistency. 🙁
