I ordered a ham sandwich that came out perfect as I expected. Kudos go to the entire staff for this sandwich for my satisfaction. I asked them to add tip and they said enjoy your sandwich, no to pay tip. I highly recommend ham sandwich and also this location in particular.

I came here at 9pm and requested two sandwiches. After waiting I realized he made one, I informed him at 9:06 I asked for two. He says they’re closing and he can’t make another one. If it was a mistake on my behalf I would understand, but for his poor listening skills and then unwillingness to fix his error is crazy . I don’t even write reviews but they close at 10pm! It made no sense.

Potbelly Sandwich shop at Bolingbrook, Chicago was a very pleasant visit. We came there hungry from a bowling competition, and we relished out orders.
Ok, so the shop is quite a petite place, not so big a space but very accomodating.
We had Chicken Club Sandwich, with the multi grain bread. The chicken Club Sandwich comes with grilled chicken, apple wood bacon,and cheddar, then you can add other things like lettuce, tomatoes, pepper, pickles, cucumbers and many more vegetables as you wish. It tasted really good, i enjoyed it…..rather we all enjoyed it. We had it with lemonade, sprite and Fanta….we refilled as much as we can. Lol.
I believe Potbelly is a lil underrated. I notice so many people don’t patronise them or talk I’ll about them, but I believe they are good. I will encourage people to visit them and see what I’m talking about.
They also had this very lovely chocolate cookie that may cousin and i couldn’t resist, it was really nice. They also had other kinds of snack that you can grab along.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. I ordered a Avo chicken wrap and inside of my wrap was a huge plastic paper. I called the shop to discuss the matter with a manager and the ” shift lead” answers the call and forgets what the term CUSTOMER SERVICE is. In fact he was rude and more than likely NOT a shift lead. I will going back into the restaurant to discuss this matter in person. Hopefully this staff member is fired.

I go this location a lot since it’s closed to my house. But I think I will have to stop going there. They have messed up my order many times and I don’t really complain however this time. I picked up my order got home and saw the main ingredient on 3 of my sandwiches is missing. I called and the response from this very professional guy as “ we are out of this. So what you want me to do about it “ are you serious!! How bout telling me when am there to pickup my food. Hey sorry we are out of this ingredient. Can we do something else to make it up for this. But nope. Not of that. Bad attitude on top of all this.
Anyway thanks Potbelly for awesome sandwiches. Potbelly is still my #1 place to go for sandwiches. Just not this location.

The worst customer service. They staff messes up orders all the time. Tian the manager has a negative attitude towards customer complaints. She complained back to me with a major attitude. The tables are dirty everytime I’ve been here. Sandwich was given to me with missing ingredients!

Tried the new Gyro Flatbread sandwich today and boy was it GOOD! The Gyro meat is very tender and flavorful. The feta cheese adds a really nice flavor as well. I just wish I had a bought two of them

How could you forget to put chicken salad in chicken salad sandwich?. If you are really sorry, donate $25 to charity (The smiletrain.com) for ruining my dinner, Then I will feel you mean it.

The food is the same as any other potbelly’s as long as they remember to put all the ingredients on your sandwich as requested. I’ve been to this location several times and whenever the female manager is there, her attitude is HORRIBLE. She seems to be a good worker but doesn’t have the skills needed for management. I paid online for an item that was out of stock and her solution was to give me a lower priced item in its place. When I brought it to her attention, she asked me what do I want her to do. I think as the manager of the store, she should know how to fix it. Replacing it with a lower priced item is not a solution. The workers usually are pleasant and friendly.
